Nashua Dermatology Associates

I contacted Nashua Dermatology Associates on 14 July 2025 and was told that the earliest available appointment is in May 2026 — nearly a year away. I was genuinely surprised, as I’ve never encountered a medical office with such an extended wait time for scheduling. It’s hard to understand how scheduling is already pushed that far into the future. This raises concerns about patient access and availability. I hope the clinic can review its appointment system or staffing to better meet patient needs.

5⭐ Stars First time here. Wonderful staff. Nurses are friendly, positive, helpful, knowledgeable. Same with Doctor D. Posniack. He Fixed my minor unknown bump problem on my leg. With a great solution to surgically remove it. Sent skin bump in for a biopsy. Excellent job. I'm very Grateful. I learned a lot. They're Awesome and Amazing. I Highly recommend this office. I give 5⭐ Stars 🤩

Checked in at 7AM, appointment was for 7:15. Doctor checked and took care of problem I had and I was out by about 7:40. Very happy to be in and out so fast.

The nurse Kim was very caring and detailed. Same can be said for Kathrine as well. We left feeling heard and with a great plan in place. Thank you! -A and J

You may want to try somewhere that's managed better; they are "scheduling appointments 10 months out."

I have been seen by Dr. Posnick for the past half year, and he is very knowledgeable, patient, gentle, caring, and I can keep going. Dr. Robert Posnick’s nurse, Sue, is a very caring lady who has compassion for patients, and is very willing to help in any situation! I am really grateful for having both Dr. Posnick and Sue!

Staff and providers are top notch at Nashua Derm. They are efficient, compassionate, professional in all they do. I would recommend them to anyone.
