Dr. Azer and Stephanie explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The office was clean and well organized, and my appointment ran on time. Highly recommend!

What a hidden gem in Rancho Cucamonga! I truly cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Michael Azer and his team at Prime Smile Dental. I was experiencing some serious dental pain and Dr. Azer and his team worked to have me seen very quickly after I reached out to them. The office was clean, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Azer did a fantastic job answering the laundry list of questions I had regarding his proposed treatment plan and helped put me at ease about something that was causing me a lot of anxiety. I’m so glad I received my care here and my family and I will be coming here for all our future dental needs!

Every single Staff member are totally friendly and make you feel as comfortable as possible. My personal opinion, their work on my teeth is phenomenal. They explained everything and answered all my questions that I didn’t even have to ask. They were also gentle on my teeth and made sure I’m not in any pain. My most time I’ve waited in the waiting area for my turn was literally no more than 3 minutes. I personally won’t change to any other dentist. I give them a 100/10.
