I posted a long review on Yelp?? so I'm not sure anyone will read it. So, I was so impressed by this practice that I gotta write a MUCH shorter version here. This is a fantastic practice staffed by fantastic people. My primary nurse was Ashley and she was not only superb medically but also just a lovely person. Dr. Spurlin is not only a great doctor (he fixed me up in record time) but he is also a really cool guy...a term I rarely use when speaking of doctors lol! This is a great clinic. I highly recommend. Dr. Spurlin and his team at Pinnacle Dermatology are outstanding. They really care about their patients and use a customer-centric approach rarely seen in a medical practice. Team members consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them.

Where do I even start… I have been here a few times in the past few years. My main issue with the office is the woman answering the phone. Multiple times I have gotten the same woman, and she is incredibly rude. I’m asking questions, and she’s snarky and condescending and simply rude. Her name is laquise. This last encounter I was calling to inquire on insurance and she interrupted me with so much attitude as if I should know the answer I was in plain shock and remained silent trying to grasp what just happened. I just don’t understand, if you hate your job so much why are you here?! At least pretend to be nice to clients. When sitting in the waiting room I can hear employees berating each other with snarky tone which made me feel very uncomfortable . I warn everyone to avoid this office due to the unprofessional, rude behavior from front desk. I have referred friends and family here but after they have heard of this behavior we have all found a new dermatologist office. It’s a shame, I loved the Dr and PA’s but is no longer worth having anxiety due to front desk lady

I recently went to Dr. Spurlin for an issue that had been difficult to address by other physicians. I decided to go to Dr. Spurlin because he is highly recommended for his expertise. Dr. Spurlin immediately eased my concern with his calm demeanor and thorough triage of my condition. He talked with me about treatment options in a way that I could easily comprehend, and I am seeing the positive results! I can’t say enough about my experience at Pinnacle Dermatology. Dr Spurlin and his staff have taken great care of my family for nearly twenty years. I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment, nor getting any issue resolved. I have seen both Dr Spurlin and his PA, Tori. The nursing staff is always friendly. Even when my daughter was super young and shy, she felt comfortable at the office. My mom, who generally dislikes being at any doctor’s office, couldn’t stop commenting on how comfortable Dr Spurlin made her feel. Dr Spurlin has also treated my father in-law’s skin cancer issues with great care. Any time someone mentions a skin issue, I immediately recommend Dr Spurlin.
