Gary D. Monheit, MD

Dr. Monheit is the absolute picture of perfect bedside manner and patient-centered care. He is enormously knowledgeable and capable, but takes time with his patients, making sure they understand his findings and are comfortable of the treatment plan. The staff were all friendly and helpful, as well as being thoroughly professional. There were no long waits and the overall impression is that the patient is in very good hands and that the entire office is mobilized to attend to your needs. A very large and bustling practice, but run like a Swiss watch. Excellent care.

I had an allergic reaction to hair dye. I broke out with itchy bumps and swollen eyes. I called that morning and made an appointment and they scheduled me in within hours. This is how it went. - Checked in at a desk with many office staff and nurses behind it. Not one smile. Not one welcome to total skin. Nothing but frowns. Checked in and the nurse even speaking to me never smiled. It looked like gloom and doom. I waiting approx. 30 min and was seen into a room. Another nurse came in and asked, of course, the same questions they did at the front desk. I am very used to that but what concerned me was this nurse never made eye contact with me. She never smiled, never even looked at me and I was sitting right in front of her. - Doctor came in. Great personality, very professional and took care of business fast. - But I was in doom and gloom for 90% of my visit. I highly suggest they require their employees to at least smile because after leaving there I probably won't return. I also spoke to another patient that had written them off long ago for the same thing. She said she just felt like cattle being run through a process. That's how I felt also.

Everybody smiled! Many patients that day, being seen with very little wait time and total organization beginning with the front desk, and extending to Dr. Monhiet and his staff. No long wait in the patient room either. Dr. Monhiet entered the room with full attention to my concerns, offering solutions both immediate and long term. I could not be happier!

I don't know about the rest of the Doctors but Doctor Monheit is the best in the business. His staff is excellent. He keeps timely appointments. When he operates, you stay in the chair until he gets the results from the lab tests. He gets it all.

Dr. Monheit is an excellent doctor. He is highly skilled in Mohs surgery and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Monheit is an excellent Dr. and my experience with him is pretty good.
