Saw Dr. Kristina Derrick! I just moved into the area and knew no one to see. A condition I have that hasn’t flared up in years flared up. I knew I’d need a cortisone shot and was a nervous wreck! Dr. Derrick’s demeanor immediately relaxed me. And to my surprise, the shot was painless. She really is knowledgeable about my condition and knew exactly what to do. The combination of her knowledge and bedside manner has earned her a FIVE STAR! I will be returning if I need to and highly recommend! Thank you so much Doctor! Also, they were able to get me in right away when others were scheduling out 2-3 months! By then my condition would have become unbearable! Also, to my surprise, which I find rare these days, the staff was super friendly, caring and helpful! Thank you all! 😊✅💗

Everyone in the office is so kind. I felt that they got my kids in quickly, even for the first appointment. I needed a last minute change in time, which they accommodated. Very thorough and clean.

I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Falis and her team at Paragon Skin Dermatology. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walk in. The front desk is efficient, and I never have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Falis is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and has an excellent bedside manner. She takes the time to listen, explain, and answer all of my questions, which makes me feel confident and comfortable with my care. I’ve been a patient here for several years and continue to be impressed with the level of service and the results. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Paragon Skin Dermatology!

0 stars!!! BEWARE THIS PLACE!!!! We took our 4 month old baby to see Dr. Derrick for an ulcerated hemangeoma. First off, they left us waiting in this super crowed gross waiting room, for well over an hour and a half passed our appt. time, (with a 4 month old remember!!). You would think if you knew you had a 4 month old baby coming , you wouldn't make them wait in a nasty crowded waiting room for hours, (people coughing on me and my baby🤧🤮 and no where to go) but we waited anyway in hopes that Dr. Derrick could help, Instead, she only offered ONE treatment plan. And she told us she only reccommends it because she knew the doctor who did the trials and it is finally just approved by the fda for this purpose. (She sounded very scripted, like she pre wrote what she was going to say) and after my own research of this drug , and other , safer treatment options, and speaking with other doctors and experts , oh and by the way, she forgot to mention all the more MAJOR risks involved ( like the reports of children taking this medicine who just happen to die from sids), and other symptoms, and no other treatment plan or option was given, also I have read that this drug is recommended to be administered in a hospital setting for proper medical monitoring, ekg ect. , but I'm not a doctor, and these are just my opinions and my experience and what i found in my own research, we just felt very uncomfortable about the whole situation. The patient room the took us to, looked to be a sanitation issue, there was dry redish brown liquid stuff on the ground, and just looked unclean, it looked like dry blood, gross 🫣. I guess they are too busy making videos of all the doctors dancing and blowing bubbles ( as shown in the waiting room TV for my 2 hour wait) instead of keeping a clean and sanitary work environment. Priorities. So we chose not give this newly FDA approved (2025) drug to our child , and the ulcerated hemangeoma is now healing, by using another treatment plan from another doctor. (THEY GET 5 STARS YOU GET 0). And Im suspicious of your ethics. I would not take this drug that she tried prescribing to my infant as an adult, let alone "try it" on our 4 month old baby, sorry doc,. You can keep your sample. And tell your shady pharmacy who supplies this drug , to stop calling , thanks, God bless you, and God bless America 🇺🇸 🙏 ❤️ *This is my personal experience and my personal opinions only ,I encourage you to do your own research, and make educated decisions before taking any drug. *

First time there and everyone was very friendly and helpful. From first time filling out all requirements to understanding what I thought and what Ashley thinks is the issue. Have a follow up in a month and I expect to get results, they already responded by phone to my first concern they I forgot while there.

Ashley is wonderful as always, and the front desk was extremely helpful. The appointment time in my phone was incorrect, and they took me two and a half hours late for what I thought was my appointment. Ashley took the time to stay later to see me, which I am grateful!

I am pretty good at noticing areas that I think are of concern. Ashley has always found some that I didn’t pick up! Everyone there is very friendly, polite and take time answering any questions you might have. They’ve all made me feel very comfortable. I know I’m in competent hands there. I have recommended Paragon to several people I know..
