My visit was a follow-up to check possible Basil cell sites and a complete body scan. Stephanie was extremely professional, thorough, and answered all my questions and concerns. The assistant was also efficient and thorough. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the visit.

Recently went for BBL Laser treatment for Rosacea with Susan. Was a wonderful experience. Everything was explained thoroughly and I already have such great results and it’s only my first treatment. Can’t wait to go for the second.

I was warmly welcomed. While waiting in the room for Stephanie, I was talking to the young girl who took my info,her name was Victoria...lovely respectful and sweet . I was well taken care of,by both. Also the receptionist was very helpful and down to earth,I lived her personality. I think her name was Arleen.

From the onset, front desk was courteous and kind, both assistant and Dr. Megan were professional,kind, courteous. They made you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The office staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Mark and his team are better than excellent. The entire staff was excellent, They take care of you right from the beginning. Friendly and helping you to get an appointment ASAP. Bring it in on time and are professional courteous and make your office visit comfortable

Walked out of office.. treated like a moron. They sent 4 text messages and 2 emails making sure I would keep my appointment (SPAM). Asked me to sign their consent for distributing patient information, only they did not give me the details of the consent until I asked them for it. Asked for copies of insurance cards and kept informing me while I was there that they hadn't received them yet. Once they arrived I verified I had the right email (which they did not believe) and that all 3 documents were sent correctly. Evidently they were missing some pictures (most likely a software governor or similar on their end). So I asked what should I do.. 'try a different office?' their response, 'it's up to you'. So, I left. As a RN myself, I can tell you that they don't have a clue on how to interact with 'customers'!

First time at this office and loved Caroline and the assistant/nurse with her - Great bedside manner, very thorough, and did not feel rushed unlike other medical offices. Only area to improve is check in - I had filled out the online check in a few days prior but it seemed like the woman did not see that and had to re-answer questions and provide ID/insurance again. Not a big deal though
