Came in on a Sunday morning and it was moderately busy. The store is clean. Full location is a problematic. The workers were not hourly friendly, but they were at least courteous. Got a coffee and enjoyed the location. My son got a drink. I was there to do some work. Really can’t complain about the place, but can’t say anything really about it either.

I had the worst experience at Panera in Santa Fe this week. The dining area was disgusting. Dirty dishes piled up, trash over flowing from bin, the drink area was unbelievably dirty. If I had the ability to shut it down I would. I couldn't believe it. I asked for my money back and left the place. Can you imagine if the dining area was dirty as it was, I don't even want to see what the kitchen and food prepping area looks like.

Food was good, but i wished it was easier to see the vegetarian options. Ended up broccoli and cheese soup with bread and Greek salad without chicken, hey at least it was an option. Having to get a code to use the bathroom seemed off-putting.

I ordered a turkey sandwich with soup. I got my order, and my sandwich didn't have any meat in it when I got home. I called them to let them know, and the lady I spoke to said she would reimburse my money back to my card. She never did reimburse my money back. I didn't want to drive back over there, because I worked a long day, and was expecting to get my order right, but it wasn't, and I was tired. Do they list a good customer for good, and a couple more more, because of their mistake, and not following through with my reimbursement.

Always busy not to meant places to get soup here in town so Panera is good for soup. The chicken salad sandwich is good could use a little more chicken salad in it but it's good overall. The Oriental salad is also a yummy treat dressing is yum I usually take it home as an avocado to it and perfection in my opinion. Overall decent place to grab a bite to go or done in.

I'm surprised this location is even still open. After my last horrible experience with this location, I decided to try it again. Lo and behold the service doesn't change and the managers are still rude to customers. While I checked to make sure all items were in my order (which again they forgot an item), I didn't open the soup container to check if it was correct. I get home and find out it's not what I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answerd. I head back to the restaurant and was told they were out of the item I had originally ordered. This would be fine had they communicated that to me. The manager flat out lied to my face and said that the QC person had told me about this which they had not. I asked how they were going to correct it right and she scoffed at me like it was my issue. I recommend not spending money at this place as the food quality is okay but it's not worth the hassle nor the rude staff. I'll stick to spending my money at local business instead of these crappy corporate chains.

I had been coming to the Panera Bread location in Santa Fe once a week since moving to town but I do not believe I will return. Francisco at the drive through had me repeat my order (the same order I get every time) 4 times. I thought something seemed off so I asked for my receipt. It wasn’t even close to my order. Of course by then he had moved into the store out of earshot (or at least he pretended not to hear me). When he brought my food( sure enough it was wrong. I called him back to the window and had him repeat my order back to me after telling it to him a 5th time. When he brought my sandwich I gave it a quick glance and thought it was finally correct only to discover upon arriving home that it had egg whites instead of eggs. I tried to call the store to no avail. I would recommend to avoid this location.
