Hue-Chan and her team catered our wedding dinner, and honestly, it couldn't have gone any better. Unlike some other caterers, Hue-Chan's cooking isn't limited to a small menu of same old, same old items—you, know.... prime rib, salmon, etc. We presented her with a pie-in-the-sky wishlist of Central Vietnamese dishes and she not only took it in stride (offering thoughtful suggestions that tamed our over-ambitious lineup into a workable menu) but also knocked it out of the park when it came to execution. The dinner involved both pre-prepared dishes and items that were cooked to order live on-site, which delighted our guests and also ensured that everything was served with ideal freshness. The entire team was a joy to work with; they arrived on time, set up discreetly, and their friendliness shone through when they were cooking and serving our guests. The flavors were spot on, evoking our time living in Da Nang, and really helped make our special day even more special. Communication throughout the process was perfectly professional. Ultimately, beyond the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff, what really stuck out to us was how dedicated Hue-Chan was to ensuring that we were taken care of, so that we weren't distracted from enjoying the big day.

Our group of 6 enjoyed a wonderful evening cooking and dining with the team at Open Kitchen, Hue-Chan, Jasmine & Ericka. The chefs provided excellent instruction and I learned so much. The result - delicious food we made!! Can't wait to do spend another evening at Open Kitchen!!

We had our son and his fiancé’s rehearsal dinner at Open Kitchen. It was absolutely phenomenal!! Hue Chan did an incredible job pairing the food and wine. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented by her and her staff. Hue Chan was so easy to work with from planning to execution. She even helped find a musician to play soft music to provide us with the atmosphere we wanted. One can tell she has a true passion for what she does and wants everything to be perfect for her clients. We could not ask for a better evening!

Open Kitchen catered a small 15-guest birthday party we held in our home. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Working with Hue-Chan and her team was such a pleasure! The food was delicious and we received many compliments on the food from our guests. I HIGHLY recommend Open Kitchen for any size event. They will now be our go-to for our hosted events! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Can't say enough good things about Hue Chan, chef Erica and their team. They catered our small wedding this month and exceeded all expectations! We knew we wanted Vietnamese food for our wedding, and were so happy to find Open Kitchen. Hue created an outstanding menu with all our favorite Vietnamese foods- not only were my husband and I in love with the dishes, but even our less adventurous eating guests enjoyed! I highly recommend the Pork Belly Bao Buns and Chả Cá (Fish w/Vermicelli Noodles). Not to mention the BEST Gà Kho Sả (Lemongrass Chicken) I've ever had. Their presentation of each dish was lovely, and service was friendly, quick and seamless. We were so happy to see how efficiently and neatly they cleaned everything up for us too! You can tell they put a lot of love and pride into what they do, and it's so nice to see a happy crew having a good time. Thank you Open Kitchen for making our wedding everything we hoped for!
