I would give 3.5 stars. Lily was helpful in resolving an issue. I’d previously made a purchase contingent upon receiving products at my next visit as they were currently out of stock. Long story short, the associate refused to give me items promised. Lily gave the the products I lacked. I like some of the masks-thermal mask feels nice. I don’t see miraculous changes, but I like it. Silk moisturizer from the Celeste lite line is very nice. Blue light therapy does help with acne. I few of their older products had defective containers. Zach helped-when the spring mechanism broke, he immediately replaced it. The sales associates seem to all have training in pressure sales techniques. Stand your ground. If you don’t want something, don’t buy it. The eye device is helpful. Blue light does help acne. I haven’t seen great results from the neck device. Perfectio X is somewhat difficult to use-I had to apply a lot of pressure to make the light activate. I like the marvelous device better

Was stopped by Lily at the kiosk to try a free sample of Orogold eye cream and was told it will last two years at a cost of $299!! Then she was including addl products for free and then mentioned a free lift to help with the "turkey jowls" but had to take me to the store itself (Lynnhaven Mall) and then another woman Tammy would be the one to do that. I asked what ingredients are in the product and she was unable to tell me but I let her put it on my L side of face and neck and truly could not see much in the way of improvement. Both Lily and Tammy were very pushy and I am not one to use many products and spend half a day in the bathroom trying to get ready but I gave in to the pressure. Mistake on me and they even said they would CREDIT the $318 for the eye cream towards the other product purchase which they did NOT do Was told that it would show in my bank and it has not. Also told I would get an addl 10% off (which is the employee cost) and that they did do. Unfortunately, when I got home I developed a reaction to their products and had little bumps along my hairline and then had an irritation that made me want to scratch my face constantly!! I washed my face off with my usual products but still had the irritation for most of the next day. There is no way I will be using these products and was told to come back as they have hypoallergenic products. Why didn't you inquire about this before slathering all these different products on my face?? Definitely will not be going back. STAY AWAY.

I was looking around for somewhere I could try out LED skincare devices to help with my acne + I was shocked to find a physical retailer in the area! Obviously, I want to do my research before spending so much money on a piece of equipment and the staff were SO helpful explaining the differences between devices. Hopefully I'll be able to surprise my mother for Christmas with a gift set of skincare! Shout-out to Lily, who was an absolute angel.

I was a little skeptical when I was flagged down and given a sample, but I was super impressed with the demo for the skincare the workers gave! It's a little pricey, but you're paying for crazy good products, every product I've looked at has active ingredients that are pretty high up on the ingredients list for skincare. I haven't bitten the bullet yet and gone back in for one of the facials... But I think I'd be in great hands. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful for when you're browsing.

Very bad experience with them. They put these very attractive women out there to lure in customers. Associates are very pushy. I kept telling them i didnt want any of their products, but they kept being pushy at the Lynnhaven mall location. I ended up getting ripped off for over $2000 worth of product that i cant even auction off on Letgo or anything. Everyone who works in there has a foreign accent. And they lose employees and switch up almost every couple of months. Stay way clear of this place, these people, and these products. Its all a high dollar rip off store. They should be sued and put out if business.

I’ve never felt so violated at a mall salon. I was basically lured into the place by promise of a sample, pushed into a chair, had my eye make up remover WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and then had product applied to ONE EYE, again without even checking for allergies or my general permission to touch my face! After I declared that I would NOT buy a 190.- product after having been so unprofessionally treated, I was let go. It was the most bizarre experience of my life. So unprofessional, invasive, and rude - unbelievable.

I had a wonderful spa experience with Lily today. My face feels amazing- tight, smooth and so energized! And my face looks even better- the lines are leaving! Looking younger every day- Thank you Lily.
