I personally don't understand the bad reviews but Dr. Oracion is a very good doctor. The reception is very nice and they are always quick to get me in and out. He has helped me resolve my skin issues. Just three months ago my skin was badly broken out and now I only suffer from blemish spots. He is very kind and explains what you need to do from start to finish. He put me on a low glycemic diet which helped improve my skin so much and along with a gel and cream. The office is like a time capsule from the 80s and personally is charming to me. I wanted to give an honest and genuine review for those who are interested in visiting his practice. Do not let the bad reviews turn you away :)!

Very old outdated office looked dirty. Left personal information out where people could see it or take. Huge HIPAA violation. Appointment was at 3:30 was told it would be a way longer wait then my appointment time. Unprofessional staff talking to boyfriend on phone in the front office. Staff did not look professional at all had super long artificial nails that harbor bacteria. Canceled my appointment and left. I know it gets busy but that's why I scheduled an appointment in the first place.

Dr. Oracion was great very smart man explained to me how I got the rash and how he was going to treat it. Dr. Oracion had a great scene of humor say I was wearing a Grateful Dead tee shirt and said what a great band they were he put me at ease not knowing what I had. It was worth the drive I live in Big Spring very computer literate is Dr. Oracion you have a portal on line. Very thankful to everyone that works in his office. Kyle Diebold

The ladies at front desk are incredibly rude! Beyond rude. Flat nasty! They have brought people to tears yelling at them. Its a shame because the Doctor is fantastic. IF u can get past the nasty gatekeepers at the front

Nice office staff. Dr. Oracion is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful beside manner. Would recommend

My favorite doctor he is so polite trustworthy definitely see him he’s such a wonderful DR also the lady in the front desk the reception is such a sweetheart she’s very nice and helpful when I go thank you so much

Please do not come here had a appointment at 9 We got here at 8:50 and still have not got to see the doctor He keeps seen other patients who have arrived after us
