I decided to give them another chance. Just came in for 6 month checkup and was surprised to find that they have changed their policy back the way it was before, paying after your exam. Awesome! Glad to see that they do listen to their patients. Highly recommend this place.

Get ready to fill out tons and tons of the same paperwork even though they have way more admin staff than doctors or nurses. The staff just seemed to hurry everyone along. The doctor came in with another person which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I wasn't asked if that was alright or not. It's highly unprofessional. I'm definitely not coming back here.

Been a Patient of Dr. Chappell since I was a teenager however, Daniel in scheduling does not seem to care since I have not seen the Dr. for over 3 years. (think maybe because of covid Daniel?) She didn't even ask me for my date of birth. Her demeanor on the phone gave me the impression she did not only care but was actually wanting to switch me to different doctor. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I would have sent an email to Dr. Chappell but couldn't find it. She offered me an appointment 3 months from now. Guess I have to find another dermatologist.

I’ve been trying to get my sky Rizzi approved since November and it’s the middle of December. The gentleman that supposed to be taking care of it. Eddie is not doing his job. Because my insurance has been trying to call and the just get voicemail, pharmacy has the same problem.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I went here for a second opinion after being diagnosed with a skin condition, I saw jason d. the pa and he seemed to only want money. He told me I would need to drive to odessa every week to get a shot to help with the condition, only to learn by another doctor that I would Only need the shot every three months. I also had him examine a lymphoma and he told me I would need to go to a plastic surgery to have it removed immediately (the surgery wouldn't be covered by insurance because it’s considered a cosmetic surgery) and you only need to remove lymphomas if they are causing issues. He also tried to prescribe be a cream for my skin condition that was not covered by insurance (the cream was 300 dollars) save your money and go to someone that actually cares about your health.

one of the best doctors we have in the Permian basin or better say the best doctor we have with a very friendly and professional staff. personally, I feel very happy with the service they offer me for the care of my skin
