I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! I came in for a keratin treatment right before returning from vacation and I’ll admit I am not a high-maintenance client — I needed guidance through the entire process. Nasim could not have been more patient, knowledgeable, or kind. She walked me through each step, explained what to expect, and made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. The salon itself is beautifully appointed, calm, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved seeing the owner’s stunning artwork displayed throughout the space — it adds so much personality and warmth. It truly felt like being welcomed into someone’s creative, sunlit studio rather than just a salon appointment. And I can’t forget the highlight: her charming parakeet, Limoo, such a delightful little companion with a bright personality — every bit as warm and friendly as the owner herself. I will absolutely be returning on my next trip. A genuinely joyful experience all around!

Nasim has been my stylist for more than 12 years. I do not trust anyone else with my hair or brows. I recently got nanoplastia done and I’m so happy with my results. She took her time even though I have sooo much hair and it came out perfect. My hair has never been more silky, shiny and easy to style. Thank you for everything you do. Her salon is also so warm and welcoming and I had a great day being there.

I had such an amazing experience at NZ salon. Nazim, herself, was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for in my haircut; I also gave Nazim artistic freedom to do what she thought would be good for my hair. Recommend 10/10!

Nasim is amazing! Her priority is protecting my hair and still giving me what I want. My hair feels so beautiful and full. I had to go short to restart but she walked me through all the things I need to to do regrow and restore.

The first time I visited the salon (around September 6th), the stylist informed me that I needed a haircut and a hydration treatment, but that both would be included in the final price for my hair extensions, which she estimated would be around $900. I agreed, expecting a proper hydration treatment and a professional experience, she should have this recorded in her salon cameras so she can check them. When I arrived, she was still with another client. I told her I’d have lunch and come back, but when I returned, she was still finishing up with that same client. I didn’t mind waiting, but once it was my turn, she was clearly short on time because she had another appointment right after mine. She didn’t perform the hydration treatment as promised, and the haircut was merely a quick trim—not a full haircut. She blow-dried my hair in about five minutes, and it didn’t look good once I got home. After the appointment, I noticed that the extensions weren’t tight enough, and some even started to fold at the corners. I texted her approximately a week ago, asking her to fix them, but I still haven’t heard back. Overall, I feel that I didn’t receive the service I paid for or the level of professionalism I expected. I will add the pictures of the work. First two show how my hair looked after a couple of minutes after my blow dry 🙄 on September 12, and the last on October 3rd after my appointment at the other salon to get the haircut I needed. This is my second time coming to cut my hair. She always leaves my bob just how I like it. She’s very professional and tries to provide you with the best prices available. Her little bird Lemu is such a cutie very friendly. Will definitely keep coming back for my hair touch ups. In this picture she made my bob shorter and did a hair straightening treatment (nanoplastia)
