I cannot say enough amazing things about NUE and my experience with Emily. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful, clean, and calming everything is. It feels more like a luxury retreat than a med spa. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the elegant décor to the spotless treatment rooms. One of the things I loved most is how incredibly convenient everything was. I was able to get laser hair removal, Botox, and a laser facial all in the same day, which made the experience seamless and efficient without ever feeling rushed. It’s such a luxury to have multiple services done in one visit. Not to mention the actual location right in the middle of downtown Petaluma surrounded my amazing restaurants and shops. Every treatment was exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain each procedure, customize everything to my needs, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for a med spa that combines expert providers, medical-grade skincare, a stunning space and perfect location, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

I recently had botox done with Emily at NUE Aesthetics and Wellness. Emily is professional and skilled at what she does. What I really admire about her is that she never tried to upsell me, or add more product than i needed. In fact she recommended a little less treatment than I normally get. And frankly, I think I look better. She is kind and funny and I can't wait to go back to try some of the other services she offers. NUE is a place where I feel seen and heard.

Yesterday I had a BBL MOXI combination treatment with Emily, and I loved everything about my visit. From the moment I walked in, the spa felt calm and welcoming and it’s absolutely beautiful. The entire team was so kind and made me feel comfortable right away. Emily was amazing! She is warm, knowledgeable, and was incredibly thorough in explaining everything before and during the treatment.This is my first time getting this treatment and I’m excited to see the results. I also picked up some medical-grade skincare and really appreciated how thoughtful and personalized the recommendations were. Overall, such a positive experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

Aisha's facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin glowing, and Emily was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my Botox appointment. Both made the experience feel personalized and unrushed(so rare), which I really appreciated. This is hands down the nicest place I've ever been for treatments.
