Kaiser Permanente Petaluma Medical Offices

Thursday afternoon, I went to Kaiser Permanente in Petaluma to for some scheduled preventative care. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly. The ladies at the front information desk were excellent greeters and personally escorted me to my destination. I loved how friendly and helpful they both were. Thank you for the giggles. They made a chore more pleasurable. Please let them all know how appreciative we are to receive their exceptional service.

Dr had read my whole chart. He went over and advised me on the medications and supplements I’m taking. He ordered appropriate labs and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Most of all, his compassionate attitude made me feel confident that I’m getting the best care possible.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Patel this week and couldn’t be happier. He is attentive, engaged, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt truly listened to throughout the visit, which is so refreshing. I’m very grateful to have Dr. Patel as my primary care physician.

Great care. The doctors have always been very professional, and I feel very comfortable with this insurance. I’m truly happy to have them by my side and would not change Kaiser.

Everyone involved in my care was friendly and professional, way more so than what I have experienced elsewhere. The facility was not crowded and everything ran smoothly and on time. I have already recommended Kaiser Petaluma to 3 people based on my recent experiences with their Gastroenterology Women's Health/GYN departments.

Dr. King is professional, patient and thoughtful. He does not drop the ball or push aside symptoms… he considers the whole picture and is quick to recommend tests and specialists. I have never felt rushed which in this day and age is a miracle. Aside from being a good doctor he is kind and just seems to be a good person.

She was amazing! Best blood draw ever. I never felt a thing it was over before I even knew it had started. Give her a raise!
