Listen… Noodle Man did NOT come to play. If you love authentic Chinese / Asian fusion vibes with real-deal hand-pulled and knife-sliced noodles, this is your spot. You can literally taste the freshness in every bite. I tried: 🍑 Peach tea – light, refreshing, not overly sweet. 10/10. 🥛 Almond milk tea – smooth, creamy, lowkey addictive. 🍜 Beef noodle soup – rich broth, tender beef, noodles perfectly chewy. Comfort in a bowl. 🥢 Shanxi Knife-Sliced Noodle Soup – whew. The texture of those noodles?! Thick, bouncy, and soaking up all that flavor. Elite. The flavors were bold but balanced. Nothing tasted rushed or basic. It gave authentic, cozy, and "I’m definitely coming back." Next on my list: matcha tea 🍵 and the fried rice because I already know they’re about to be fire . Noodle Man, you got it 👏🏽 I’ll be back.

I've probably been here about a dozen times and it's always been consistent. The noodles: texture is peak. Calamari and cucumber and beef pancake are probably my favorite apps. And service has always been pleasant. This was my last meal in the 757 before moving and will sorely miss you guys! Thank you!

Noodle Man delivers the goods. I've been wanting to go to the Haygood location but made it to this one. The noodles are so good. I got the Mongolian noodles and they were better than any Mongolian BBQ place I've been to for a meal. Nicely decorated, good utensils (I dislike poor cutlery). Clean table and the dining room had good natural lighting. Service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. You really want to go. Go now.

My son and I come here occasionally. It has been a while since we have been there. The food never disappoints. It is spot on and fresh. My son loves the Mongolian Beef. I always get the Garlic Chicken. I added shrimp this time and yummy!!! We also tried the salt and spicy chicken wings and pork chops

Amazing food, clean & inviting atmosphere, and the staff was super polite and attentive. I can't wait to cine back and try more from the huge menu. Oh, did I say the food was AMAZING!! 😁

We went on a restaurant week Chesapeake and I was so happy with what we got. This small corner restaurant is delightful. They have clean and well lighted dining area. The hostess came right away and took our order. While waiting we watch the window where they were making fresh noodles. That was entertaining. Then the orders came and we were silent to savor each item. All is good. Temperature is perfect. Saltiness and sweetness were well balanced. The soup is fresh with tender meat and deliciously cooked vegetables. Love the experience. We will definitely come back.
