Unprofessional, perfunctory, rushed. 2 stars because it was very clean and the hygienists were very friendly. I never post reviews, but I had to with this experience. They did fit me in quickly when I needed someone to look at a chipped tooth, but found out when I was there that an actual dentist is only there ONCE A MONTH, the second Monday of the month. My appointment was booked for 9:30, then a week before my appointment I get a call saying my appointment has moved to 10:00. I'm already taking time off, but if I don't see a dentist that day I'll have to wait another month, so I go along with it. Then the day before my appointment I get another call saying they're moving my appointment to 10:20 to "reduce wait times" I'm sorry, what? I tell her I'd prefer 10:00. I get to my appointment at 10:00, wait in a waiting room with at least 10 people and not enough chairs, and don't see a dentist til 10:55. Was he actually the dentist? I'm not sure because he never introduced himself. Quick explanation of the procedure, and he starts to prepare to do it. Mind you, this was only a consultation visit. I said "wait, no one ever said you were going to do the procedure today, this was just a consultation I thought" and he put up his hands and said "ok whatever, that's fine" and walked off.

My wife and I have been patients at Redwood Dental for about 10 years. Their combination of professional care and patient service is what we were looking for when choosing a long term dental care provider we could trust. Their quality and consistency is always reassuring. Not once has my appointment been delayed or cancelled. Their staff is always very welcoming and friendly. I would trust and recommend Redwood Dental to any of my friends and family looking for a dentist.

From the time you walk in the door the staff at Redwood Dental is friendly, cordial and efficient. Dr. Mike is the best! Super knowledgeable and capable. He explains what he is doing and why with just the right amount of information. He has a good sense of humor and works well with the staff. Not to mention he does his own temporary crowns! Thanks y'all!

I really like Dr. Nelson. He makes you feel at ease about your dental work and I am self admittedly not a fan of dental work and they respect my requests and work with me. They have a great team of hygienists and I typically see the Dr. on every visit. He makes the time to say Hi and check in to see if I have any questions or concerns and I so appreciate that. I am self employed and so I am a cash patient. They have a great monthly program where I pay into it only a small amount every month and it covers my regular appts and x-rays and then I receive a discount off of my additional services. Overall a great practice. I have been there for the better part of 5 years.

Dr. Michael Haddad and his staff did an excellent job. First, he saved my tooth which had a lot of decay. Second, the 2 crowns he put in look good and feel good. I am very, very satisfied. I now need one more crown and I feel confident that they will do an excellent job. Thanks!! Redwood Dental.

Love my Dentist. I have seen Dr Nelson for 29 years. Dr. Mike is also good they are caring, professional, knowledgeable, kind, etc. Unfortunately one of the ladies in the administrative side is rude and very unpleasant. she wares glasses. makes a lot of mistakes on billing and charged my insurance fees I had paid out of packet. Administrative personal is as important as the dentist sadly because of her my family (3) will go to a different dentist. The Administrative part of the business needs to improve ASAP services are terrible.

Doctor Mike Haddad and his team have taken extremely good care of me over the last 3 years. I had a family dentist when I was younger and then was on my own for a few years, using who was recommended through my employers... I found myself in a position where some important things had been neglected and I needed to have a lot of work done. They worked to help me get it covered through both the insurance covered by my job and my insurance covered by my wife's job. This allowed me to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time. From the young ladies at the front desk to the dental hygienist to any dentist who I spoke with in the office oh, everyone was extremely professional, helpful and understanding. I could not have asked for a better experience oh, and that's coming from someone who really didn't have a very good opinion of my previous dentist. That's office reinforced what I knew-- that it was possible to provide far superior dental service than what I was getting in years past. Now we have moved and I'll be looking for a dentist in my new area near Auburn California. I can only hope that I can find somebody nearly as good as Dr. Mike.
