I had a great experience at Villa Lane Dental. My dentist and his assistant were very friendly and professional. My dentist was determined to do his best job working on my teeth and I admired that a lot. It made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. Once again, Dr. Goodwill and Villa Lane Dental have done a stellar job during this whole COVID debacle. They stayed in touch, I knew I could count on them when so many other dentists left their patients not knowing the status of they're services. I have many dental challenges, implants, crowns, etc. Dr. Goodwill has always accepted me and tried to help me in every way. By far the best dental experience I've experienced. Friendly, professional, caring, obviously not all about the money. The staff is friendly, courteous and kind. Dr. Goodwill, on a very brief visit saw an infection two other dentists never saw one week earlier. He also is caring, kind and gentle. You will enjoy your experience, I look forward to my appointments.

They did dental work for me a few years ago. I found out they charged me more than the contracted amount with my insurance. The overcharge was a few thousand. I only found out when they tried to charge me more for a cleaning than the amount my insurance sent me.so I went back and researched all my payments to them to what is contracted with my insurance. I have been trying for over 2 years to get my money back. I just wondering if maybe this is insurance fraud?

Warning! I had a horrible experience with Villa Lane Dental and want to make sure nobody else follows my path! Would rate 0 stars but unfortunately, I had to click one. I had experience with medical practices in the past where I wrongly assumed I was being treated as in-network and in fact, was later charged for being out of network, so I ALWAYS make it a point to call ahead of time to verify my insurance with the practice. With Villa Lane Dental, this is exactly what I did. I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance and they confirmed they did over the phone. Then at the time of the appointment, I went in and gave my insurance information where I again verified that they took my insurance. Then at the time of service, I asked exactly how much it would cost with my insurance, which I promptly paid in person, immediately after the service took place. 1 month later I received a bill for 4X what I paid in person. Over $500. I called telling them there was a mistake and that I was in fact in network, as I had confirmed with them 3x prior. The woman I spoke quickly pointed out I signed a document stating I would pay all costs and that I should have consulted with my insurance. After a 30-minute conversation explaining how I had been blatantly lied to by Villa Lane's Staff multiple times (both in person and over the phone), I was ultimately forced to pay 500+ dollars for the service (just as it outlines in the paper I signed) The cost that I paid in person at the time of the appointment was explained to me as a mere estimate. When I asked how they could be 4x off on the estimate there was silence. If you for some reason have to use this dental practice make sure to read ALL OF THE FINE PRINT. And get written proof that they do in fact take your insurance.

I am always well taken care of before, during, and after my dental visits. Right from the moment I walk into the lobby, I am greeted by their receptionist, Bonnie, by name. Then I am well-cared for in the dental visit by all who perform the dental procedures. They ensure you are comfortable, in no pain, healthy prior to any procedure being done, and all procedures are explained prior and during the process. After, Bonnie ensures to do her very best to accommodate future dental visits to my schedule, sometimes helping to reschedule earlier if possible. Thank you for your love and care to your customers!!!

This place was great! Wendy was my dental hygienist and she was great at her job. Her tableside care was on point! It was clear that she was taking her time to focus provide a comfortable cleaning. I left feeling like I would have a long term relationship with this office. Great service, honest pricing, and clean office! I will be back.

I started taking my family here a few years ago based on Yelp reviews, and for a while we were satisfied with their office & service. Lately though their quality has rapidly declined, so much that I let them know we'd no longer go there. Between their front office and their dentists, there has been quite a bit of staff turnover, and I'm less than thrilled with both staff and with their new billing process. They billed me for routine work that I have full coverage for. I contacted my dental insurance company (Delta) who even verified my coverage, but they went ahead and billed me anyway and I had to pay out of pocket. In early July, I sent a formal notice (along with a couple follow up notices) letting the office know that I'd no longer be taking my family there and to cancel any/all appointments, but I still get calls & emails from them about scheduled appointments and appointment confirmations. They don't seem to have it together, and are lacking in customer service & transparency
