Nam Hai is massive—seriously, plan extra time if it’s your first visit. I went in with one mission only: to try the viral ice cream everyone has been talking about. The ice cream is pricey (about $10 for a box of three), but the grape flavor was hands-down the best. It tasted exactly like a cold glass of grape Kool-Aid—super refreshing and nostalgic. Definitely worth trying at least once. If you’re looking for the viral ice cream, don’t make my mistake and wander through all the bag freezers. It’s actually up front on the left in a small chest freezer. They have a huge frozen food section, though I did notice some items with heavy frost/freezer burn that didn’t look very fresh. That said, there are things I’d absolutely go back for—especially harder-to-find items like large egg roll shell wrappers. Overall, Nam Hai is great for specialty finds, but go in with a plan… and maybe a map. 😅

What a neat experience. There is restaurant inside that I highly recommend. The Pho is clean, delicious and the environment is very welcoming. Once done eating you can head into the market and spend hours. They have fruits and vegetables that other markets will not carry. Gifts, cooking utensils, dinnerware, you name it.

Huge store. Very clean and organized. Latin products also available. Fresh and hot food available at lunch time. The spring rolls were phenomenal.

Love the wide selection of products! They have almost everything to cook African Food💖 Egusi, Large bags Pounded Yam, Palm Oil, Stock Fish, Seasonings, etc. They also have a large variety of meats in the back. I didn’t see any goat meat, but next time I’ll ask someone. I Also love all the improvements they’ve made around the store—much cleaner, organized, & they finally got rid of that funky, foul, fishy smell in the back! Be sure to check the expiration dates & for freezer burn. I’ve never personally requested a refund or exchange, but I’ve witnessed their process…Turned into an argument with the customer when the item should’ve been refunded or exchanged due expiration.

Its appear to be clean and organized but very crowded. I went there for specific item that was recommended by someone. And they said this was the best store to shop. First thing, they don't greet costumers. It's hard to l find someone to assist you. I found a group of employees, asked for assistance and the female employee sent me to the wrong section for the product. After searching the area I walked back to where they were and asked again. The same female employee addressed me in very rude tone. I guess she was annoyed at her mistake 🤷 Long story short, when she finally showed me the where the product was located she tried to change her tone but still rude. I chose not to buy anything because why should I when treated badly.

Very big shopping store. You have cook food, raw food, canned food, dry food frozen food and vegetables. The restroom are not too shabby. They are in the middle of changing out some of the storage containers but over all you can grab a lot of your Asian needs here. Be careful on purchasing baked goods because some stuff are overdue.

I loved this store. They have fresh fish, crab, good size frozen shrimp and octopus. They have a wide selection of products not just from asia, I found Mexican products also. Aisle are a bit narrow but its ok I guess we get used to the big chains aisles. Good customer service, good inventory, good prices over all a great alternative to find fresh sea food in town. Still have mant great sea food options available.
