Leah, the bakery manager is outstanding as well as her entire staff. Leah went above and beyond with customer service and was so kind to me and our family. The bakery items were absolutely delicious and I love that this is my neighborhood store.

When you walk into a Whole Foods, the first things you will undoubtedly notice is the cleanliness and organization of the store. The 2nd will be the helpful and knowledgeable staff, willing to assist you with all your store needs. Whole Foods staff, in all my experiences, don't point or give you an isle number, they guide you to the product, and are able and willing to answer any questions, as well as the empathetic characteristics, of each and every one of them I've been assisted by. They offer basic everyday brands and Whole Foods brand 365. From entering to leaving, you you know you are a valuable, cared for patron. Most people dread grocery shopping; however, their organic, vegan, quality products, and all their staff, makes shopping at Whole Foods an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Honestly, I look forward to grocery shopping now, because I know my experience is going to be a positive one, each and every time.

If you need something from the deli, better be there 2+ hours before they close. Arrived at 7:45 (they close at 9) and the deli was dark and shut down. Obviously been closed a while. What the actual heck. This is not the first time this has happened. If you’re open till 9, the deli should be open till at least 8:30. It doesn’t take that long to clean up. The maintenance at this location just sucks. There is always some cold case breaking down or door that doesn’t work. They also lock the door near all the carts at least 2-3 hours before closing, so it’s really inconvenient. Tonight there was water coming up from a drain up in the produce section. This is why people drive to 91st or just go to another nearby market, rhymes with Snouts or Sneasors. Apparently they also stopped providing ice with fish. So you better live really close and be going straight home if you’re going to get fresh fish. The self checkout area is stupid as well. There’s no good place for it, but they put it in anyway so they could let a checker or two go. Now it just breaks the traffic flow up front.

This grocery store is great! The fruit is fresh with a nice variety, and they have an impressive selection of organic options. The customer service is excellent they really go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I truly appreciate the care and attention they give to every customer!

Whole Foods is always my favorite spot for groceries. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Produce is fresh, and there’s a great selection of organic and specialty items. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is efficient. Shopping here feels enjoyable and stress-free, and I always find something new to try.
