I am very satisfied with this clinic. The administrative staff is very friendly, bilingual and fast. Any time I have to speak with them they are professional and thorough. The nurses save one visit have been extremely friendly and more than thorough. Dr. Shakir listens to my concerns, takes them seriously and addresses them. He works with me to find reasonable solutions to my medical needs. The communication in the clinic is bar non. It's a great place to help you with your dermatology issues.

Dr Shakir and his staff were professional at all times and explained everything that was happening during my visit. When I spoke with the Nurse she was very polite and positive even though it was the end of the day and that is admirable to keep that quality of care all day. Dr Shakir was also very detailed and listened to my concerns and gave me concise and direct answers to my questions and treatment plan. Keep up the good work team it’s appreciated!

Dr. Shakir is very thorough, compassionate, and professional. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He explains the treatment options and expected outcome clearly. He is the best dermatologist I know!!! The entire staff is professional, friendly, and helpful!!! I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. I was seen on time. Great visit, Dr. Shakir gave me options for my issue and we are going to see how it goes. Very knowledgeable and caring, I have been a patient for a few years now. To add, the staff is very nice and helpful.

The wait time was excessive. We arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, yet my son was not seen until 45 minutes later. Additionally, the nurse was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, as she did not greet us upon arriving at the clinic. The doctor also appeared to rush through the consultation, seemingly eager to leave the office. Even if this was the last appointment of the day, we should have been treated with greater care and respect.

Our first visit didn’t disappoint. We were greeted with a smile and our wait time was exceptionally fast. Dr Shakir was well versed in the medical field with our questions and concerns. He addressed every question with an answer. We are pleased and will return for further care in the future.

Getting an appointment and rescheduling an appointment can be quite difficult, but once you are established as a patient of the practice it seems fairly easy to go through appointment process so long as you are OK with confirming your appointments via text and responding in a timely fashion. Your appointment will be canceled. if you do not confirm within the 24 hours of the text you received to go to the appointment. They are timely and efficient at getting you in treated and out. If you were a regular visitor for treatments, I do not recommend skipping any appointments because sometimes you have to restart the process and wait three months to get back to see the clinician.
