David Klumpar, MD

Dr. Klumpar was great! He and Carly (?) were both friendly and kind. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes, and we talked and laughed the entire time. I had very little pain and enjoyed the time as much as you could expect to.

This was my first visit with Dr. Klumpar he seems to friendly and have concern for his patient needs. I'm looking forward to him doing my procedure and to see how things turn out. The staff are very friendly and respectful.

It is always a pleasure to see David Klumpar, MD. He and his staff are consistently friendly, professional and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Klumpar always takes time to answer my questions and I do leave his office knowing that I have received the highest level of medical care.

CSK has always treated me with respect and professionalism. The staff was always willing to help me reschedule and never got upset with my busy schedule. The facility is very new and the 2 doctors I've meet with were very polite and professional as well. I would record this place to my family and friends.

Rude and unprofessional! I was hung up on three times. I was unable to ask any questions and person was only interested in what insurance I have. Maybe if the lady would of let me speak, I could of told her what concerns I am having and she would of been able to direct me to the "Provider or Spa" side. Clearly overwhelmed and incompetent. Dear Dr. Klumpar Please evaluate your front desk staff. They are terrible! They do not represent you well at all. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to visiting your establishment.

Dr. Klumpar and his team were very understanding and took great care in my comfort during the procedure. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and he took great care in explaining what was going on throughout the procedure. The staff is very cordial and understanding as well.

Short wait. Very attentive staff. I had brought my 3 month baby in with me bc I had no sitter options and they made me feel completely comfortable and it was not an issue at all. Also, the procedure I had done was quick and it did what it was supposed to do. I have to drive over an hour to get to this office and I will continue to do so bc of the care provided!
