My mom and I came for a couples massage. We started with 60 minutes and then asked for an extra 30 minutes. After the massage, my neck pain felt much better. Hellen and May gave us the best massage I've ever had. The place was very clean, and we'll definitely come back next time.

Vicky and her team's got the magic touch! I've had the pleasure of working with them, and let me tell you, they're the real deal. Treat you like family? Nah, they do more than that - they make you feel like you're the favorite sibling . Their dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care for their clients is unmatched. Vicky's got an ear for listening and a heart for solutions. Her team's all on the same page, too - professional, friendly, and always a smile. Can't recommend 'em enough! If you're looking for a team that'll go above and beyond, look no further. Vicky and crew have got your back . Five stars isn't enough - I'd give 'em 10/5 if I could!

I called Mings Ocean Spa at the start of the week to make an appointment for me and my mom. We agreed to Friday at 6:30 PM. We arrived at 6:20 pm because we like to be early, respectful of everyone’s time, and make sure things run smoothly. Instead, we ended up waiting about 15–20 minutes past our scheduled appointment in the sitting area. While we waited, we were offered complimentary drinks, which was appreciated, but the real issues started once we were finally taken to the room. The staff lady didn’t even tell us to undress. Just brought us to the room and didn’t explain what to leave on or take off. She told us that the previous customer is the reason why the room is smelly. My mom and i could also smell unpleasant odor. Reminded me of a chlorine stench. Since it was our first time here, we were confused and had to find someone to ask. She and another worker lady told us to keep our undergarment on, so we did. After that, we got into the beds, covered with sheets, and waited. We waited 25 minutes… then 30 minutes… and still, no one came. No knock, no update, no communication. We were completely forgotten while half undressed in the room. At that point, we got dressed and told the woman at the front that no one ever came in. We made it clear that we didn’t want anything anymore- the experience was unprofessional and very inconvenient. She insisted on offering us a free massage, but we declined. We weren’t looking for free service; we were expecting basic professionalism and respect for our time. After we left, things got even worse. I received about 10 text messages begging us to come back for the free massage and saying she would lose her job if we didn’t return. We also received multiple calls - we answered one and repeated that we weren’t interested and just wanted to go home. This entire experience was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. Customers should never be forgotten in a room, pressured afterward, or made to feel guilty for choosing to leave after poor service. Mings Ocean Spa needs serious improvement in communication, scheduling, and customer respect. I would not recommend this place based on our experience. At the end of the day, after all of this i don’t want anything for free. i just wanted to treat my mom because she deserves the absolute best. If you are looking to treat your special someone please splurge unless you want an unpleasant story like mine.

It's a really good thing this place is so affordable, because it's hard to stay away. A very pleasant and comforting environment all around, and nothing but friendly staff who put serious effort behind their massages. Cici and Helen are absolute pros. I like the new girl, Nancy a lot too.

Went in last week to try their waxing services for the first time last week. Brazilian, back, and shoulders. Great proceed, great work. Who knew waxing could be so easy and painless. Vicki did a fantastic job!

My buddy told me about this place told me i have to try it out. I didnt regrat it! Ladies there was super sweet and kind . I will be returning soon. Thank you for the relaxing and pain release . 🙂
