Cho's Salon

I wasn’t going to leave this review, but I don’t think I will be coming back. I’ve gone to Cho three times, the two previous times were great. This time, I had scheduled an appointment and sat waiting for 40 minutes in the salon chair anyway, while she was finishing up one customer and had another customer waiting, followed by me. That I could deal with m, but when she finished cutting my hair (very short) and was styling it with a hot iron, she burned my skin, rubbed some Vaseline on it, apologized, and said it was ok because it wasn’t red. She charged me full price and I even tipped her… I was rubbing it with aloe the rest of that day while it was throbbing, and here I am 2 days later with a blister that feels like an open wound. You, reading this, will probably have a good experience with Cho, but this was it for me.

Cho is so nice. She took care of me though I didn’t call to have an appointment. She attended to details and very comfortable to be around.

She’s very busy, she’s (Cho) the only one who does everything! There’s another hairstylist but she only comes a few days a week. Even if you arrive 30 or 15 mins before your appointment expect to wait for 1hr before your turn and sometimes they will make you sit in the chair assuming that she’ll work on your hair but NO, you’ll still have to wait. It also seems that she rushes everything that she does, well that’s already expected since she wants to move on to the next customer. The quality of the service does not justify its price.

Hope is a wonderful stylist!! She did a great job on the prom "up do", but more importantly helped my daughter through the styling decision making process...it turned out PERFECT!! The salon was clean and welcoming. We can reccomend Cho's without hesitation! Thanks!

I've been trying to find a Korean hair salon, ever since I received exceptional service while visiting Seoul. I was a walk-in at this salon, but Mrs. Cho was able to accommodate me which was very kind of her. It was a quick haircut but she was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Usually people don't know how to properly work with my hair since it's thick and wavy, but Mrs. Cho styled my hair and made it more manageable. I will definitely be returning here, and next time I will make an appointment. Thank you for the great service!

You need to book an appointment because they have plenty of customers and limited hairstylists. Though they could accommodate walk ins but you might be denied or have to wait. The price is reasonable but you need to communicate your style. Stylists are Koreans so, the style is different from Americans.

I’ve been going to Ms. Cho for years! As a guy with a million cowlicks in my hair, she always does an amazing job quickly and efficiently working with my hair. She’s super personable and VERY good at what she does. I 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking!
