Love Thyself Day Spa

I visited Love Thyself Day Spa and was highly pleased and impressed by their services. I was looking for a place that could treat a bothersome sports injury I had been dealing with and they offered several treatments that were helpful. I started off with a hot stone massage, super relaxing. Followed by a dry cupping therapy treatment and finished with a therapeutic spa bath. If you're looking for a place that's focused on alternative wellness treatments, overall body healing and repair therapy, sports performance and recovery treatments this is a place you should check out! They also offer detox treatments which I will try on my next visit! The environment is welcoming and very relaxing. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and I was told they're under new management.

Had an amazing time here on valentines! 🥰 Every year I spoil myself with a nice massage and I am so glad I chose love thyself day spa this year! I got a package deal with red light therapy, dry brushing & a massage and had such a good time! The spa is so welcoming and such a relaxing place & my massage was so good! I had the loveliest time here. Lisa is the best 🩷 I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Well, I had to write this review as soon as I got in the car! Because Lily is so good!! Her techniques are out of this world. I've been so stressed lately and have neck, shoulder, and lower back pain, and Lily basically fixed me. I've been to so many massage places, in and out of town, but Lily easily takes first place. This is the most authentic Thai massage you can get! My daughter also went to Kevin and spoke very highly of him. Thank you so much, Lily! You guys are literally lifesavers 🙏🫶

Lisa was absolutely amazing! Definitely going back to see her. The dry brushing and inferred treatments were extremely relaxing and the massage was on point. I finally found a therapist that is intuitive and can understand what your body needs. The environment was quiet and cozy. So happy I found this place ☺️

This was my first time visiting Live Thyself Day Spa and definitely will not be the last! Lisa was so professional at explaining the steps she was doing. She listened to me and it was very therapeutic to talk to her. I would recommend Lisa to anybody.

I recently visited this day spa and had the most amazing experience. I tried the Frequency Energy bath treatment, which was unlike anything I’ve ever done before. It’s a frequency-based relaxation service that left me feeling calm, recharged, and balanced in a way I didn’t expect. Afterward, I had a massage that perfectly complemented the session—the therapist was attentive, skilled, and really listened to what my body needed. The whole experience felt restorative for both my mind and body. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was welcoming, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a sense of deep relaxation. I left feeling renewed, lighter, and truly cared for. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a unique, rejuvenating experience!!! 10/10
