I went to Alex for a deep tissue massage--it was probably the best massage I've ever gotten! He was nothing but respectful and I felt very comfortable with him during the massage. I will definitely be going back!

Time // evening (730pm) 1hr sesh . Couple massage. Combination of Thai and deep tissue. Who// Susana and win (I think that was his name or cui ??) he wore glasses. Price // TRUSTTTT ya girlll, their skills are worth every penny. *they are accepting and nice to ALL😘* My new place to be a regular. Experience .. from arrival, during the sesh, and after. I came in aching from my soul to my body , left refreshed as the name of the business , and energized . Friendly , inviting , welcoming , communicative , and they know how to get downnnnnn.

I had an outstanding Thai massage today and the experience exceeded my expectations. The therapist was professional, attentive, and highly skilled—she focused on the right areas and relieved multiple pressure points that had been causing discomfort. By the end of the session, my muscles felt noticeably looser, I could stand up straighter, and I left feeling refreshed and much more comfortable overall. I had an amazing experience at this spa! The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff are professional, friendly, and truly know how to take care of your skin. After my facial treatment, my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. They used high-quality products and explained every step clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. I could really see the difference after just one session. Went for Valentine’s Day with my husband after someone recommended we try Refresh. We got the couples Valentine’s Day massage and spa special. We were taken to our couples room and on the massage table was Valentine’s Day decorations and chocolates. Robes were waiting on hooks and we were able to sit together in their indoor sauna before getting our massage. This is clearly a small business with an owner who cares about the little details. From the moment we entered the waiting area we noticed the Valentine’s Day decorations. We were greeted and quickly led back after filling out the standard massage form (only 1 page). The Thai massage was excellent and both masseuses asked how hard we wanted to pressure. They were very skilled at their craft and we both left feeling wonderfully relaxed. As we were walking out the owner handed us each hot strawberry green teas which capped off the fantastic service. We both definitely look forward to visiting again soon and referring Refresh Thai Spa to anybody.

The facility smells bad. Like old cooking grease. I had a digital gift card for a service and gave the personel all of the information after my service. Service was fine, but not great. After my service, someone called me and said my gift card didn't "work" and I needed to pay. Researched the reputable app that was showing i had a balance and gave the owners the customer service numbers for them to call and work through the issue. I can't do it because it's a vendor gift card app. Lady called back later and said the gift card had a zero balance and they were going to call the police if I didn't give them money now. Sent her a screen shot of my fully loaded account balance. Im willing to believe that they set up this gift card process and don't know how to use it. Or maybe it was a shakedown Horrible treatment. Screaming at me.

I had scheduled a facial and massage for my birthday and I put the person that I wanted. Once I got to the place the first thing the receptionist said, "since you didn't schedule who you wanted we have a male that will assist you." I told her I did but ok. When I got to the room to change he knocked very gentle and I couldn't hardly hear him at first while I was changing and then when I did I said three times that I was changing and he still came into the room while I wasn't finished! I felt very uncomfortable and I showed the receptionist proof that I did book someone and she said that that person was somewhere else and she'll be in at a certain time. Why lie instead of letting the customer know ahead of time? And knowing that I had booked a woman whom I will felt comfortable with and why he only knocked once then proceeded to come into the room instead of knocking at least two times and waiting for a response!
