Literacy Council-Southwest La

I am thrilled to share my experience with Literacy Council-Southwest Louisiana! The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They genuinely care about the academic success of their students. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their quality of life by obtaining various academic & literacy skills.

If i could put 0 starts i would. Communication is horrible. Ive been waiting for my final test for 2 months. Yesterday, my instructor replied to an email i sent her a month ago and that was my last straw with this program. Stay in school you guys because you'll have to deal with this and i promise you its not worth it.

I did online classes there, and I finished all of it. The teacher told me to contact her when I finished, for the final test and such. and I never got a response after contacting over and over again. It's been three years now, after calling up at the school and constantly bugging, I was told I have to restart everything. I wasted most my days on classes, thinking I was going to graduate and I didn't. The teacher never responded. I don't even think this deserves a star.

I love it they are wonderful people they make u feel like family there I love all of the staff there I thankful to getting to know them an they help u get through it if u having a tough time that make them more amazing

I was coming here to get my GED, I had scored all sixes & only had to retake my science. It seems like the whole program done just disappeared without telling any of the students. Now I'm stuck & i dont think there are anymore GED programs in LC. Highly discouraged.

Le Literacy Council est un lieu accueillant avec des équipes bienveillantes et aidantes. C'est un lieu de culture et d'apprentissage animé par un personnel vraiment investi. J'y suis des cours d'anglais gratuits, dispensés par Caroline Yocubaitis qui est une excellente professeur, patiente, pédagogue, sympathique et très compétente. Cette institution est une chance pour ceux qui comme moi veulent progresser en anglais. Merci pour tout et longue vie au Litecy Council !
