I had a minor emergent situation recently and was in the middle of finding a dentist. My daughter recently has had good experience with Dr. Cha and his staff. I called Lake Forest Dental of McKinney office, they were very accommodating and able to get me an appointment that same day. They were very professional and honest and able to get me a referral for a dental specialist. I was contacted the next day by the endodontist and have a procedure date scheduled to take care of my tooth related issue.

I used to be incredibly stressed about my snoring, but following Dr. Steve’s recommendation, I finally got a custom-fitted oral appliance. To get straight to the point: the results are life-changing! Being able to get deep, restful sleep has completely transformed my quality of life. My family is also thrilled because my snoring has vanished entirely. I’ve been using it for over a week now, and after receiving a clear explanation of the root cause of my snoring, my family is honestly shocked by how effective it is. Amazing dental office! Never crowded and staff genuinely care. I specifically looked for an office that could cater to my whole family, including young children. Couldn't ask for a better dental office. My kids (4 and 6) were treated great and talked to at their age levels. There is a kids area in the front prior to appointments starting, though this office won't have you waiting long! For myself the staff were actively engaged and conversational versus feeling like just another patient. The hygienist took time to explain why specific teeth get more build up than others and tips to avoid it. I've moved around a bit and had verious dental offices, yet have never been explained it this way before. Just shows you this office actually cares about their patients and makes a point to educate on a deeper level but in a way patients can understand. They were almost mindful about my TMJ reminding me when to close to not cause my jaw to lock up. Again, something rare in a dental office to remind throughout an appointment. Dr. Cha is easy to talk with and takes pride in his work. He even treats his staff with full respect and it shows in how they are in the office from the front desk to back areas. Hands down recommend this dental practice if you want someone who listens and actually cares about you. New patients even get a goodie bag with more than just a toothbrush.

He’s extremely detailed, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. He doesn’t just rush through or try to take your money—he actually takes the time to show you what’s going on with your teeth and explains everything clearly. What really stood out to me is how they work with you to make sure your treatment is affordable while still giving you the best care. I can honestly say, I’ve found my new dentist and I’m not going anywhere else!
