I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in McKinney! From start to finish, everything was great. Dr. Geeta was absolutely amazing throughout my whole visit—very professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Priscilla was also wonderful! She helped me so much with financing and really worked with my credit. She’s patient, understanding, and truly wants to help you. Ana, the dental assistant, was amazing as well—very polite, friendly, and made the visit even better 😊

I am writing to express my concern about my recent appointment at your clinic. I scheduled a cleaning and check-up, but I did not receive a cleaning at all. I was at the office for approximately an hour and thirty minutes, and the reason given was that another patient had an appointment and the hygienist did not want to rush. While I understand not wanting to rush care, this resulted in me not receiving the service I specifically scheduled and took time off work for. I want to be clear that I was not concerned about Invisalign or any additional consultations. I was there solely for a cleaning and exam. In my past experiences at other dental offices, I have always received a cleaning during my first visit. Additionally, the dentist even mentioned that we should "get this all done in one go," which made the outcome even more confusing. I rarely get the opportunity to take time off work, and I will not have another chance to come back soon. Leaving without a cleaning after such a long visit was frustrating and disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed and so future patients do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your time and consideration I will add that the dental assistant, hygienist and doctor were really nice. Manager could have managed the situation way better.

Had a great experience at this office! Whole team was super helpful explaining each step of my appointment, procedures and what I needed. Priscilla did a great job at doing what she could to help me financially and working with my budget. I have dental anxiety but they always do their best to make me comfortable and help alleviate any concerns I have. Thank you again Dr. Geeta and team!

While the service provided was satisfactory, I was concerned about charges/quote for what appeared to be unnecessary procedures. My spouse was quoted nearly $1300 for a deep cleaning, which was deemed elective by both our insurance provider and the dental industry, and therefore not covered. Upon seeking a second opinion, we discovered that a standard deep cleaning, covered by insurance, would have been sufficient. I was particularly troubled that Aspen presented only the more expensive option, seemingly compelling us to choose it despite its lack of necessity. I believe this approach is misleading, and it suggests a focus on financial gain. I attempted to discuss these concerns with the office, but unfortunately, my calls were not returned. Subsequently, I contacted them regarding an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, which indicated they billed for a deep cleaning my spouse never received. When I brought up the unnecessary charges for the deep cleaning to a staff member, my concerns were glossed over and essentially ignored, despite my expressing significant dissatisfaction. It appears this establishment prioritizes profit over patient needs, which is regrettable, especially in the current economic climate. I will not be utilizing their services ever again and would advise others to exercise caution before engaging with them. They will never get a referral from us!!!!
