La Unica

If you are looking for a fun, affordable way to learn Spanish, and meet some great folks while doing it, La Unica is the place. Profe Deborah is a wonderful teacher. Her education style encourages students to want to attend, to keep learning. While there is the usual foundational education experience, her curriculum also focuses on the Latin/Hispanic culture, their holidays and traditions, and then blends it in with the things we celebrate here in the US. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn Spanish over a year's + time. It's not for the person going to Mexico in 3 months, looking for a crash course.

I had zero experience in Spanish prior to taking this class. After taking classes for about 6 months with La Unica, I was comfortable enough to make small talks in Mexico. I was able to get around to non-touristy places where there were only a few people who spoke English. The pace of this class is good. Students are encouraged to have Spanish dialogues with classmates. I love this school. I will be back for more as there are still lot more to learn.

I love Señora Deborah, She is great!!! Strict, but because she wants to give us our money worth. I studied Spanish for 5 years in grade school and graduated in advance spanish. After years of not using it I started to lose vocab and grammar. I decided to research Spanish classes and the ones at the college weren’t stable. One quarter they will have the.class you need and then the next quarter they wouldn’t have the continuation. So I found La Única and seen it was a continuation and constant, so I decided to enroll and it was the best choice I made. My grammar and vocab are coming back and I’m building even more. So I would definitely of looking to build your Spanish, come here

La Única Spanish Instruction Center is such a wonderful place to learn. Deborah really takes the time to create interactive, well-rounded, and enjoyable lessons that make learning Spanish easy and fun! The smaller class sizes and personalized attention during class make it easier to increase your skills much faster than a traditional classroom environment. I am so happy I found such a wonderful local school where I feel comfortable. I have also gone on many different international trips with her like the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador) and Costa Rica. Each trip has been very well planned. I've made memories that will last a lifetime and more importantly, friendships that will also last a lifetime! I recommend La Única to anyone who is interested in learning the Spanish language or immersing yourself in the Spanish culture around the world. Pura Vida!

I take classes with Isis, and she is phenomenal. Not only does she provide relevant instruction, but she also makes it fun. She is a native Spanish speaker who goes above and beyond to teach her students this beautiful language. Try La Unica...you will not be disappointed!

Teacher Deborah is really nice with all of her students, very knowledgeable and she’s always on top of her game. You’ll have a good contact with the Spanish culture through her classes.
