Kroger

My doctor called in a pain med for me to pick up. This morning, I explicitly asked the pharmacy if there is some radius of miles that will prohibit me from filling the script at this location. I was told that they had not heard of a certain radius of miles being an issue." So my provider sent it in to the pharmacy on 2499.I called your pharmacy at 1:42pm where I was told give them 45 minutes as they just received the script. I get to the pharmacy and was told they would not fill it and that they tried calling me to inform me. There was never a call to me from your pharmacy between 1:42 and 3:15 pm so that is a bold faced lie. Pharmacies should have the final say on which providers patients are or aren't allowed to see. I have been with my dr for 20 years! The DEA states controlled substances can come from another city regardless of the distance and can even get sent from out of state (Texas). I am dealing with a blot clot in my brain that is causing excruciating pain and due to a store policy I cannot p/up because my doctor is in Austin where I lived for 30 years and literally just moved up to Flower Mound. Why can the pharmacy get needed information to see what the meds are prescribed for and /or history of any abuse instead of just refusing to do your job and support the patient? This failure in customer service and communication will cost Kroger my business. I will never be back.

I really enjoy shopping at Kroger's! Always a friendly staff. Always good selection. They're very competitive and keeps us out of places like Tom thumb market Street or whole foods. They could stock a few more specially items, but for the most part for a family of six this is the best place to shop outside of some of the super discount places.

My family shop at this location every single week for our grocery supplies Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. We'll this morning it was a normal weekly shopping trip. While in the meat depth, im searching in the chicken section, I noticed this gut with glasses starring at me with a mean aggressive look. He then begin to shake his head. As I found the selection of meat, he walks over to me and begin to place the meat stacking it as im standing there. He aggressive throwing the meat as if he was angry and mad. He demeanor was aggressive face red. He was invading my husband space brushing up against us mumbling something under his breathe. I noticed his badge name says Dan and is a manager in that department. This behavior is unexceptable. This guy always walks around has if he's mad and doesn't like his job, but he proved that to me today. Kroger please remember the customers pays your bills, at no time should anyone feel threaten from a employee at this location. We spend hundreds of dollars weekly at this location, the managerDan in the meat dept needs to be removed so someone that appreciates the job and title can step in. I will start shopping at Tom thumb and not be threatened by employees while shopping spending my hard earned money.

Hands down best floral department in the area. Went to the one on 3040 and the one in Bartonville. Karen does an excellent job with this department and is always so kind and friendly.

Purchased a rack of cooked ribs. Dont know what was worse...the rancid smell or the freezer burn taste! Will never but precooked fòd there again!!!

I came here to check for specific items that I needed for dinner. I found several of my ingredients here and got them for our dinner special. I found that the store was fairly well organized and the shelves were stocked nicely. The self check, check-out cashier area was clean when I went through it. The ability to move quickly through the area was okay with the cart.

This store knowingly sells products that don’t list allergens. Always check your receipts because I suspect they overcharge on purpose. They know people don’t pay attention. Kroger already admitted to price gouging.
