Rachel is the best! She is super friendly, clearly loves her job, and is very gentle while doing cleanings. A great dental hygienist is so important, and she goes above and beyond. The office staff is also very friendly. I am in and out fast, sometimes only takes a half hour. Makes it easy to go to the dentist!

Today I visited this clinic. I can’t deny that the service and care were excellent from the very first minute. The nurse was top quality and very kind. After the exams, they explained what dental treatment I needed. I originally went in for two extractions that I needed. I asked the staff member several times whether those procedures were covered by my insurance, since they were giving me an estimate for everything I needed. Each time, the answer was yes—that my dental insurance would cover it, and that I had $2,000 available for dental services. Throughout the conversation, they kept mentioning $1,340. I was always very clear and told them, "I can’t pay more than that because I have other expenses." They even suggested adding a third extraction since there was still insurance balance available and it would be covered. I hesitated, mainly because I need to be able to eat, and I preferred to wait until the next appointment so I wouldn’t have extractions on both sides of my mouth at the same time. I’m explaining all of this because at the end, when I was leaving, I found out that the $1,340 was actually coming out of my pocket. Honestly, if that had been clear from the beginning, I would not have gone through with these extractions. Now I am facing financial difficulty because I need to make payments for that remaining balance. I believe the finance staff should be more professional. This involves each person’s financial situation and their ability to manage their obligations responsibly. If they had clearly explained what I was required to pay at that moment, I would not have agreed to the procedures. service was excelente. But at the moment of payment

Incredible staff, they were so engaging and super friendly/welcoming! What an absolute delightful contrast to being previously herded through my former dentist office of 15+ years. This team took their time and gave me a truly one of a kind experience. The beautiful and kind woman who took my X-rays and did my cleaning was so professional and incredibly gentle, she was so delicate but also quick and efficient. I am super pleased with the service at Flower Mound Dental. All their staff are very professional; from the receptionist, hygienist, doctor’s assistants and to Dr. Bellingham, no complaints. He has done several dental work on my teeth and I am very pleased. Appointments are on time and their text reminders very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Have been going to Flower Mound Dental since 2006 and I truly can say they have always been so professional and friendly through all my scheduled and emergency type appointments! Dr Bellingham has been taking care of me the last few years and always has greeted me with a big smile and has a very comforting way of being. I was excited to have finally found a dentist, but ended up having to cancel before my appointment came:/ After I booked online I included a note that requested my dental hygienest use a standard hook rather than Ultrasonic Scaler (aka vibrating hook) due to sensitive teeth & bad past experiences with dentists. I was surprised that I received a call within 10 minutes telling me No. They wouldn't even entertain the idea of not using the vibrating hook. (Why? I would assume because they can maximize the number of patient visits in a day by power blasting the gum line rather than doing it by hand- but I can't really say for sure..) The woman who called me from the front desk was initially polite- although if she had asked whether I had time to talk, I would have had her call back after my meeting wrapped up. When I asked her to cancel the appointment, she dropped the customer service voice and gave me a "BYE" that reminded me of high school. Ouch. Not a great experience for someone who didn't even get in the front door. It's really too bad because the office seemed very professional & well reviewed 😥
