KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Gwan was literally the best server I’ve had in a long time. He was very friendly and guided us through our first experience here. He recommended items that we ended up liking and gave us his own combination of seasonings and sauces that were delicious. Definitely don’t pass on Gowan’s secret sauce recipe. People and the area itself is really nice and practically transports you into the theme of the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.

Gwan Turner was our waiter and he left us with a phenomenal experience. Highly knowledgeable and courteous, giving us recommendations and even his own signature sauce blend. This was our first time going and it will not be that last. The food, atmosphere, and kindness of all staff as soon as we walked in exceeded our expectations. Would recommended to anyone looking for a new and unique dining experience. We will be back no doubt.

I love KPOT. I felt comfortable coming alone because I always have an amazing experience at the Midland location. The service was 10/10. Alexus was very welcoming and attentive to my table/order. I will definitely be returning a few times before the cold weather is gone.

Great experience. The restaurant was clean. The food was fresh the soup bases were delicious. The sodas were bubbly. The variety of vegetables and toppings to choose from and wow LINA was amazing. She was super helpful and patient with me entire group. She explained everything and kept our drinks full. She was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Gwan did amazing! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was welcoming, and very attentive to details. Orders were handled quickly and accurately, and his friendly attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.

It was my first time coming to kpot so I was a little confused on how to use the grill and hot pot but our server Ximena Marquez went the extra mile during valentines dinner rush to help me and my fiancé out. We were also taken good care of by David, another server who made sure we had everything we needed everytime he walked by. 10/10 spot y’all should definitely hit it up!
