Sho Kalbi Steakhouse

I swear this place was an AMAZING choice for dinner. We ordered the Australian Wagyu and marinated kalbi, plus kimchi fried rice. Everything—even the salads for our appetizers—was super fresh and high quality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shoutout to our server Jay, who took such great care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and most importantly… his meat-grilling skills were on another level. We all like our meat cooked medium, and the wagyu came out unbelievably smooth, tender, and soft. Hands down the BESTEST beef I’ve ever had. 🥩✨ We also got the tempura lobster tails, and not only were they delicious (duh it’s 🦞), but the plating was so cute too. Even though the restaurant was packed and super busy that night, all the servers were so kind and kept checking on us, which we really appreciated🥰 One of the biggest worries about going to a steakhouse is your clothes smelling afterward, but they actually have a decent-sized coat closet right by the entrance. Perfect for storing jackets and bags without walking out smelling like grilled meat 😂 They also have a long bar table, so I’d totally come back solo sometime for some drinks and a chill dinner. Highly recommend!!!

I recently visited the newly opened Sho Kalbi BBQ, and I was seriously impressed! The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in. The menu had so many great options, and everything I tried tasted incredible. I ordered a steak that came with several sides, and they cooked it right in front of me with great manners and skill. The food was absolutely delicious! The place is clean, well-organized, and has a nice, classy vibe. I’m super happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended.

First time visiting here and it was a great experience with excellent food! This restaurant serves high quality meat such as Wagyu, chateaubriand, and kalbi. Nothing is pre-cut so every portion is perfectly sliced by the chef after your order is placed, ensuring peak freshness. I could tell the meat was top notch because of how tender it was. This restaurant focuses on quality over quantity. It is not your typical korean bbq restaurant with unlimited portions, but rather it offers an elevated experience with hand selected meats. The chef cooks the meat right in front to make sure that the meat is cooked to perfection. They even have a happy hour! This restaurant has a beautiful modern aesthetic with great details. There is even a closed glass coat rack/closet in the front where you can put your jackets while you dine. This thoughtful detail shows just how much the owner cares about your dining experience. Overall great service with super welcoming staff. I will definitely be back again!

Sho is a truly authentic experience. The food is incredible in quality, flavor and authenticity. I highly recommend the Wagyu flight. The presentation is fantastic and the servers prepare the food exactly to your desired temperature. I will definitely be back and would recommend this for anyone looking for a luxury Kalbi Experience

I’d like to recommend this exceptional Korean barbecue restaurant. It offers a wide variety of high-quality meats, each expertly prepared to bring out its best flavor. The staff provide impressive service—attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The restaurant’s ambiance is also well-designed, creating a comfortable and memorable dining experience. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Casual/upscale yakiniku restaurant! The A5 nigiri and salmon nigiri were excellent starters, and the Australian wagyu and kalbi were cooked perfectly by our server to our liking. Would definitely visit again if I’m in the area!

My wife and I went to SHO Kalbi Steakhouse last night, for the first time. WOW!!! Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere!!! You will Not be disappointed!!!
