Grace, my nail technician, gave me the best pedicure I had ever had. Her Classic Pedi included massage and warm towels. A totally pampered experience. John gave me a hair consultation and exudes confidence that he can give me a gypsy cut and a frost the color and style I want. So I booked an appointment with him for next month. The business, itself, is clean and beautifully decorated. The products they display for purchase are reasonably priced and they even have a small boutique. I love this place!

I had the best haircut I have ever had. John listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I also had the gloss treatment and am loving the shine.

I had the most amazing experience at Lotus Spa! I came in for a mani-pedi and was blown away by the level of care and service. My nail technician, Kayla, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provided outstanding attention to detail. I prefer a look that’s more natural yet still cute, not too flashy or over the top and Kayla absolutely NAILed it (no pun intended!). She even added the sweetest personal touch: a portrait of my baby girl Moo with a 3D effect on her BUG eyes, along with tiny paw prints. It was thoughtful, creative, and beautifully done. On top of her talent, Kayla was so friendly and easygoing. We had a great chat throughout the service, it honestly was way cheaper than therapy 🙂 Thank you, Kayla, for making the whole experience so special! I absolutely love the results and can’t wait to return for a full spa day. Highly recommend!

I am not one to complain about a service even though my name may trend otherwise but this one got to me. I got gel polish here Saturday morning and by the evening the polish had teared. Obviously, I can’t do anything until Monday morning since they’re closed Sunday so I endured my polish peeling little-by-little throughout the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning which I was offered to reschedule but due to my work and already planned upcoming weekend plans there was no availability for me. They offered to follow up and they did and asked for pictures. Without hesitation I sent them over which is when I was offered a, "We will gladly add a $15 credit to your account for a polish change the next time you come in." What do you mean for my next visit? I paid $120 for this and you think I’ll be returning? What a joke. If you’re going to offer luxurious service, please provide luxurious product and customer service. Luckily, they agreed to refund the card for the $15. I guess I’ll just have to pay out of pocket to remove their mistakes. Lesson learn and I hope you learn from mine as well. P.S. My nail tech friend just let me know uncured gel (as seen in the picture) is dangerous and can cause an allergic reaction. Yay for me! Edit: Adding text messages for transparency as the owner is saying I am making threats. You will not attack my character and integrity as that was not said as i simply did not want a credit to an establishment I wouldn't be returning to.

I've been wanting a head spa massage for the longest time. John did AMAZING!! Left feeling great and refreshed. John explained process to me and was very kind. Already booked my next appt.

I have been looking for a good hair stylist in Yuma. Sally at Lotus Day Salon did an excellent job. The receptionist was very welcoming, the salon very clean and modern and they offer many services. I will look forward to going back again.

This place is absolutely a gem! It’s so calm and relaxing inside with all the services you need in one place!
