Pure Bliss Day Spa

My husband purchased a package for me from this place for my bday and from the moment i called to book it has been a total inconvenience. It seems like there is only 1-2 ladies working the spa and they seem to be rushed and worked out. I scheduled my package massage for Sep 6th because there was nothing during the weekends available and they called to reschedule me and the soonest weekend availability would be the Sep 20th! My birthday was August 5! Having to wait that long for a spa package purchased from them to take care of you doesn’t seem right. I asked for a refund due to them having extremely limited availability but she said no refunds. Please work with the customers we are purchasing this with our hard earned money to be able to relax and unwind.

Cynthia is so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for the great facial!

10/10 recommend Pure Bliss! I had the blueberry detox facial and my skin feels and looks amazing. I enjoyed Cynthia’s product knowledge and her services. I felt very comfortable and happy with my waxing and facials!

I absolutely love this place I have been going with Cynthia to do my facials for about a year now and this review is long overdue. Cynthia is super friendly& nice I love that she lets me know exactly what’s going on while she’s doing my facials she has great communication and she’s just amazing at what she does! I highly recommend this place it is my absolute favorite! P.s when I was new to Yuma about two years ago I did try different spas before finding this place. There is a reason I stuck with Cynthia and if you book an appointment with her you will see why.

Excellent service and attention by friendly and highly qualified professionals in a comfortable relaxing setting. I've enjoyed going to Cynthia and her staff for several years now. I've never seen disappointed. I enthusiastically recommend Pure Bliss for all your spa needs. As you can see, I'm a huge fan.

I have been going to Cynthia since I was a preteen. So this review is long overdue. Pure Bliss creates a wonderfully peaceful environment. The staff there makes you feel very much at home and relaxed . I have been there for facials, massages, waxing, and even body scrubbing and every experience has been amazing. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

It is a beautiful, welcoming day spa run very professionally in a great relaxing atmosphere. I would like to try other treatments on my next visit to Yuma, such as one of their facials. For a Brazilian wax, this is the place to go.
