My 5-year-old daughter and I both received CFT (Craniosacral Fascial Therapy) at Desert Oasis Wellness, and the experience has been incredible. I noticed a huge improvement in my daughter’s speech, she’s talking more clearly, confidently, and with so much ease. It’s honestly amazing to see the progress. I also benefited more than I expected. The sessions helped me so much with my anxiety, and I’ve felt calmer, lighter, and overall more balanced since starting treatment. Melissa is patient, kind, and truly knowledgeable. She creates such a peaceful environment where both kids and adults feel safe and understood. I’m really grateful we found this place, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for support or anyone wanting to feel better physically and emotionally.

I brought my 3mo old to Melissa for CFT and I can confidently say it helped our little one out so much! Over the sessions I saw him become clearly more comfortable in daily life, happier in his car seat, less fussy in general, better bowel schedule (you know it’s important moms 😜) and generally "chiller" that’s how I could best describe it! Melissa is great! She is a calm and sweet presence and very understanding and patient knowing babies will be babies! If you’re a mom struggling with a baby that just seems way fussier than normal, take them to see her!

I have been going to Desert Oasis Wellness since October 2025 for immunity boost IVs, as I am a teacher who works with young students and surrounded by germs on a daily basis. I have always had a low immune system always prone to get sick easily. But since October, my immune system has boosted and i have not gotten sick as often as I had in the past, as I come to Desert Wellness Oasis once a month for an IV. I have nothing but positive things to say with my experience each time I go see Melissa at Desert Oasis Wellness. She always makes me feel welcomed and always makes sure I am comfortable when getting my IVs, as well as answering any questions I may have. If you are a teacher I highly recommend to go see Melissa at Desert Oasis Wellness for any IV or immunity boost!

We had an amazing experience with Melissa at Desert Oasis Wellness for CFT for our newborn. Our baby came from a very rough pregnancy and a 31-hour labor, and during the first session he was really struggling with tightness and discomfort. Even by the second session he was still extremely tight and needed frequent breaks and his binky just to get through. By the third session, the difference was incredible. He was smiling, relaxed, and no longer needed breaks or his binky during the session. The improvements carried over into daily life as well — he went from being unable to comfortably lay flat on his back or sleep alone to sleeping 4+ hours at a time in his crib by himself. We also noticed better digestion and a huge improvement in his overall comfort and happiness. We are so grateful for Melissa’s gentle, knowledgeable care and highly recommend her to anyone considering CFT for their baby.
