I’ve been to massages before, and even to some outstanding ones. Ummelina is above all by far. In the league of its own: it’s the place for your rejuvenation journey. This was my first time, and I was overwhelmed with all the details they have thought through. My senses were gently guided into total relaxation. Young ladies greeted me warmly up front and it just kept getting better from there. Westin was the wonderful guide, thoughtful and calming. The massage was so great I fell into sleep a few times. But the journey has started way before that. I enjoyed a cup of freshly brewed herbal tea, a wonderfully scented foot bath and massage, then the rainforest shower. Then… finally the massage. Lastly, I was able to relax with a cool glass of water, with a warm blanket and neck roll. Wow. I almost didn’t want to write all of this to keep it to myself. But for the greater good, I should share.

To say it was amazing, is an understatement! A must experience treatment, went in for a massage and cupping. First time in ummalina and definitely, definitely! Will not be the last. Walked in was greeted with a warm welcome, walked to to back was able to change into a robe and ushered to a chair where I enjoyed a foot wash and foot massage while enjoying a hot tea then soon after the shower of a lifetime with a rain showerhead and wall jets(didn't want to get out) and the shower products where amazing and the facial cleansers beyond anything I've ever used.massage was deep personalized to my target areas that needed it more. I did fall asleep for a split second.it was that good. Overall it is a must go destination in my opinion and will definitely be going back soon. P.s I did buy their shower shampo and conditioner and my hair feels alive and healthy when I touch it. Thank you ummalina for the amazing experience.

Best spa experience in Yakima. They take relaxation seriously, and are the probably the most upscale around - but they're not pretentious. So nice!

Had a wonderful time experiencing the pregnancy celebration package! The foot soak was more of a light foot/leg massage and the shower was very luxurious. Amanda did a great job making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I definitely plan on returning.

I asked for a massage for Mother’s Day, and a coworker recommended the "Crowning Glory" treatment as well. I did both today with Bonnie, 10000/10!! I had a sunburn too and it didn’t even hurt. She got in the right spots, and it hurt in the best way 😉 my back feels so much better. The crowning glory hair treatment was so nice and relaxing. The shower after was HEAVENLY, and I already told my honey to book it again next year! Bonnie was amazing and it was such an amazing experience. Also, can you say complementary mimosa?! 😍 yesss girl! The robe also was 10/10. So comfy. Best Mother’s Day gift everrrrr

While I’ve typically had very good experiences historically, the scheduling issues have become more frequent over the last year. This time around, I scheduled an appointment for a massage to celebrate my birthday. I took a PTO day and arranged my schedule around the massage appointment. I received a call 10 minutes before the appointment. I was already there, waiting for the doors to open. I was told my therapist had called in. I asked if there was any way for me to get in that day since I had taken the day off to celebrate my birthday. She told me no and I could schedule for a different day. The last couple times I’ve had minor scheduling problems. While I can understand staffing issues, it was disappointing. As a single mama, it’s very challenging for me to arrange to take days off.
