My home away from home! All of their services have been above my expectations and I'm so glad I made the decision to become a member. The staff, services and owners are top notch!

Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Energy Spa yet!! This place is the best! Rob is the go to guy! He’s booked for the most part but I’ve also tried other massage therapists and they have been great as well!

This was my first time doing Cryo therapy and I didn’t quite know what to expect. But Heidi went over everything with me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. I followed it up with red light therapy. That was the most relaxing experience. I actually fell asleep. I left there feeling very relaxed. And I can’t wait to see how well I sleep tonight.

I’ve gotten massages by Ana and Kyliah and both have been great each time! Highly recommend.

I recently had a facial with Peyton (Master Aesthetician) and it was absolutely amazing! She made the entire experience so comfortable and relaxing. Her space is inviting and calming. Highly recommend treating yourself to an appointment with Peyton at Energy Wellness Center!!!

Heidi is amazing! She is so kind and accommodating. I felt very comfortable. The facility is clean and absolutely beautiful. I tried the cryotherapy and definitely will be back. Everyone should come to experience this relaxing and innovative environment!

This was my first visit and I had a wonderful massage by Jake! He's got a great touch and was very attentive to what I needed. I had some very tight, painful knots around my shoulders and he gave me a lot of relief. The place is lovely- clean and has a nice vibe. I will definitely be back!
