I recommend the body bar to anyone I know! I’ve been seeing Kendall for lymphatic drainage facials and massages and it has truly been life changing. I look and feel better than I ever have! I also have gotten my first deep tissue massage by Yolimar at the body bar and it was unreal! She spent a lot of intentional time working and getting the knots out of my shoulders (there were ALOT) and I left feeling like a weight I didn’t even know I had was lifted off my back. Such a great experience! Everything about the body bar feels amazing, peaceful, and intentional. Both of these women are amazing and I will always be back!❤️

I would rate it 10 stars if Google would allow. One of the most thorough and therapeutic deep tissue massages I’ve had in years. Yoli was amazing! I’ve also had the lymphatic massages here as well. I always had deep tissue but not lymphatic, now I know what I was missing. Kendall does amazing work and is so knowledgeable. I can truly tell a difference in the way my lymphatic system is responding. So grateful!!! This hidden gem is where it’s at, when you step inside it truly transports you and you don’t feel like you’re in Warner Robins. Love, love, love this place!

Kendall at The Body Bar is a miracle worker! I recently had the most incredible lymphatic drainage massage and I'm still floating on cloud nine and feel amazing. This is exactly what my body needed — it helps flush out all the toxins and fluids that our bodies hold on to and get rid of ally of bloating. 🤗 I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. She's super knowledgeable and even talked me through the benefits of how it works. Plus, I love that she offers body sculpting and post-op massages for this area too. Kendall at the Body Bar is FABULOUS. I work at Pure Barre - teaching and taking classes nearly every day. A friend recently told me about lymphatic massages, and I couldn’t wait to give one a try! I’d been looking for ways to recover from an active lifestyle while also reducing toxins in my body. Kendall’s lymphatic massage technique truly helps SO much with both of those. I was shocked by how just one massage reduced the swollen appearance of my body and helped me to feel overall better and more energized. I also have a history of knee issues, and it turned out I had a lot of fluid built up around them. After two massages, I can notice a big difference in knee pain, and I can comfortably do lunges in class now. She’s super kind, patient, and knowledgeable about her method.
