At Ease Therapeutic Massage

One of the best therapeutic places in Middle GA for massage to get out of pain. I only come here when the tension in my neck, shoulder blades and back have knots in them causing terrible cluster migraines. I try to get in before but I sometimes put it off for too long. But they always get me set back right to where I can breathe and the headaches and pain subsides for several months. Staff is always professional and willing to go above and beyond to help their patients and recommend the proper tratment to help you get out of pain or to just relax (not a word in my vocabulary, haha). Thank you all for your years of treatment, especially Heather! You're awesome!

Tried out the Restorative Aerial Yoga class with Kate twice! Already she has my heart and is my favorite yoga instructor ever 💖 She carries the best genuine energy and is so knowledgeable if you have any questions and helpful when you need her during any poses. 20/10 experience and I will forever be returning for her classes 🥰 I also have to mention how amazing the At Ease staff is as a collective! They genuinely love and care about their clients. Forever and always, they will be the best of the best! 💖

I have been calling for 2 days, yet no one has returned my call. The website says the hours are 7:30am-6:00pm on Monday. Yet I arrived at 9:04 am and the place is CLOSED. UPDATE: Haley returned my call and advised they didn’t offer the service I was requesting. I would recommend they update their business hors to match what’s listed on the website.

This was my original Father's and Step Mom(Debbie) Caring & Beautiful Business - and how beautiful the new owners have kept it. God Richly bless you all! Keep up the great work! Love, Connie

Amazing service. My boyfriend booked the couples retreat/massage package and we enjoyed every single second. By far the best place in Georgia to get a deep tissue massage!

"Blissful Halo Therapy Experience with Therapist Niko." I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Halo Therapy at my favorite spa, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The star of the show was undoubtedly therapist Niko, whose expertise and calming presence made this session truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the salt room, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility. The soft lighting and soothing background music created the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Niko's warm greeting immediately put me at ease, and she took the time to explain the benefits of Halo Therapy and what to expect during the session. As we began, Niko's attentiveness to my comfort and well-being was evident. She carefully guided me through the session, ensuring that I was getting the most out of the therapy. Her knowledge of salt therapy and its healing properties was impressive, and she shared valuable insights about its potential health benefits. During the session, I felt the cleansing effects of the salt-infused air, which left me with a sense of rejuvenation. Niko's expertise in creating a peaceful and rejuvenating experience truly shone through. What sets this spa and therapist Niko apart is their genuine commitment to their clients' well-being. I left the salt room feeling refreshed, with improved breathing and a profound sense of relaxation that lasted long after the session ended. If you're seeking a holistic and therapeutic experience, I highly recommend Halo Therapy at this spa with therapist Niko. It's a haven of serenity, and Niko's skillful guidance makes it an unforgettable journey towards relaxation and rejuvenation. I can't wait to return for another session soon!

Thanks to my boyfriend, this was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back! Heather said I was her first customer & it was my pleasure because everything was amazing! She was so sweet & helpful. I had infrared sauna treatment, sat in the salt room for a minute, the shower (can’t remember the name but it was so relaxing, & a 30 min full body massage. Afterwards, I sat in the balcony room for a couple of minutes, too. All of this was a surprise for me today & he definitely out did himself.
