I have to rave about Merlita at Elements Massage — her work is truly skilled. It’s the kind of bodywork that’s not just relaxing, but deeply healing and intuitive. She seems to know exactly what the body needs, moment by moment, and meets it with incredible precision and care. As someone who works in the healing arts myself, I can honestly say Merlita is a rare find — her touch, presence, and skill bring the body back into balance in a way that feels both grounded and restorative. After a session with her, my whole system feels rejuvenated — more aligned, flexible, and alive. If you’re looking for massage that truly supports your body’s vitality and healing, I can’t recommend her enough. 💆♀️ Merlita — Elements Massage, Walnut Creek
The desk staff at Elements Massage in Walnut Creek are incredibly friendly and courteous. The massage therapists are empathetic, talented and personalize your massage needs. I highly recommend this business.
The facilities are great. The front office staff are always warm. And there are lots of great massage therapists at Elements but I have to call out Mel specifically because she is AhMAZING. For me, Mel always delivers massage that is super relaxing and knot melting at the same time. I also love her positive and radiant energy. As much as I could gate-keep her so that her schedule isn't too booked up for me, I have to share her with the world so she gets as many clients as possible because she deserves it 🙂
I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was an exception. I had a terrible massage experience here, the massage therapist is named Nez. She asked me from the start "are there any specific areas you would like worked on more" I replied "yes my mid to lower back." When she was performing the massage she probably touched my mid to lower back 2 times through the whole session and she didn’t even have medium pressure, it was very subtle. It was disappointing because I really wanted my lower and mid back to be worked on as that is where I was experiencing the most pain and she totally avoided it. I just don’t avoid the massage therapist nez but I do recommend the place elements massage in general as it is a very nice place. And Nez was definitely a sweetheart but if you’re gonna ask someone if they need a specific part they need worked on then please follow through with it.
Can't recommend it more. Every massage has been great, and the workers seem to love working there too. Scheduling is easy and they are very accommodating.
Elements Walnut Creek is amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. They have such a diverse group of therapists that I’m sure anyone can find their match. Cheryl is amazing. She always applies hot packs to help my tense muscles relax and hot towels which turns the massage into more of a spa experience. Brandon is also amazing. He manages to work all the kinks out of my back and shoulders. Both create such a safe and comfortable environment.
My experience during the evening at home after a deep tissue massage in my calves and legs in the earlier afternoon of the same day is that I could feel the blood circulation in my legs for hours til I fell asleep. My experience was delayed til evening which is a good thing due to this situation with the inflammation in my feet. I slept like a baby. Ty Michael, being referred over to you was a God send.
