Woodhouse Spa - Walnut Creek

I booked the meditative mood soak which include exfoliating, a 20 min soak in a bathtub, and a massage. I love the space it is really beautiful, and the employees are friendly. My only complaint is that the time listed for the meditative mood soak is 1 hour 45 min, but my actual service lasted 80 min. The service was 20% off ( weekday special) so overall a worth while treat.

Consistently a wonderful experience! My daughter has provided me with this special gift for the past 4 years for my birthday. Normally I don't take the time for myself and this is a true treat. The staff are all very gracious and the Spa itself is meticulous! From the time you walk in the relaxation begins with the plush robes & slippers, the flavored water & tea to the cozy chairs in the guest sitting room! So be sure to give yourself a little extra early arrival time to enjoy this feature and angain immediately following your Spa treatments before it's time to reenter your normal day to day hectic pace!

I had such a lovely experience at Woodhouse Walnut Creek. It started with a lovely sauna session, and then I tried the nourishing wrap with Bianca. It was perfect for dry winter skin And then I had a wonderful facial with Hannah and just left the spa feeling rejuvenated. I went on a Wednesday and it was sooo nice to have a mid-day spa day. Highly recommend!!

Totally disappointed in today's experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. I was a regular customer there for several years, yet haven't been in for a few years (young daughter at home and not much time to get away these days!). I decided to treat myself to a long overdue massage and some relaxation time and scheduled an appointment. The massage itself was nice, however there was literally not one place open to sit in the relaxation room after my treatment. I hung around for a bit and was disappointed when no spots opened up, so I made mention to the staff and they kind of shrugged it off and apologized. For a place that doesn't offer many amenities other than a relaxation room, it is definitely frustrating to pay spa pricing and then not even be able to utilize this space. I left feeling a bit pushed out and extremely disappointed. It seems that Woodhouse has gone downhill and can't properly accommodate their guests. It's honestly a huge bummer as my prior experiences were always superb. I will say that I called to speak with management after my service and although they were apologetic and understanding, it doesn't do much to change the unfortunate experience I had.

I had a wonderful experience here! Anna, the manager, was so welcoming and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Gabriel gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had—professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The front desk staff were kind and efficient, setting a great tone from the moment I walked in. I also loved spending time in the saunas, which made the visit feel even more rejuvenating. Highly recommend!

Excellent front desk service, and the massage was amazing. I was looking to get some relief from an issue I've been having with my back. I left the 80-minute massage (with hot stones addition) feeling 100% better, relaxed, and immediately booked another appointment with the same massage therapist. Cannot recommend Woodhouse enough!

I had a wonderful day at Woodhouse Spa. Starting with a HydraFacial, a CBD massage and finally Red Light Therapy. The staff was friendly and kind, the Therapists were great. The facility was clean and peaceful. I will definitely go back!
