Gem in Vancouver, WA! I love it - was very impressed with how the place is tucked away in a neighborhood, my friend had the idea to spend some time relaxing and he found this place. The logistics to schedule the date were pretty smooth and the communication with the personal assistant was good! We reserved the private room since there weren’t more spots left for the shared areas. The place has parking big enough for the amount of people reserved for each time so you will always have parking. The person at the counter will tell you all the information you need to enjoy the place and iwill show you the whole area. Saunas, cool plunges and yoga room super clean areas! They do also have water fountain for constant hydrating! note: better to bring your own towel! And if you need shower bring your utensils. Definitely if we are visiting Vancouver again, will go to this place.

I really enjoyed my time at Connect Wellness! This space is clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful layout that makes for a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The saunas and cold plunges were AMAZING. I liked the 'silent sauna' the best! The Odin cold plunge was my favorite. I will absolutely be returning soon! Thank you, Michelle and team! Update: The connect wellness team continues to expand, improve and beautify the spa into an even more magic landscape of bliss. Jessica was super helpful & incredibly kind. I'm stoked to wear my new connect wellness tie-dye crew neck. I enjoyed talking to Michelle and learning all about her new projects at the spa.

Connect Wellness is an incredible outdoor spa experience! With multiple cold plunge pools and a variety of saunas, it’s the perfect spot to recharge and relax in nature. The setup is well-designed for anyone looking to unwind with a mix of hot and cold therapy. The fresh air and outdoor atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommend for a unique and refreshing spa day! The two downside is the prices a little high in my opinion and some of cold plunges are not filtered out within 1 session so by the end it's basically unusable.

I just had the most wonderful, healing time at this magical place. I treated myself to a community soak for my birthday. It’s bigger than it looks and has the feel of a hygge hobbit village. Very PNW. The space is beautiful and meticulously designed and maintained. There’s a variety of temperatures and styles of both cold plunges and saunas. The soaking pool is so lovely and not too hot. The outdoor showers are warm and peaceful with yummy bath products. My favorite part was the handcrafted cedar cabin sauna with the stained glass windows. It smelled heavenly of fresh wood. I went on a rainy day and it was absolutely perfect. Watching the rain pitter patter on the stone paths against the backdrop of the flourishing flower garden and electric little sauna houses was truly rejuvenating. There’s also a darling library house and a space for stretching and yoga. As an avid soaking pool aficionado, this place is unique and welcoming while being conveniently located. I’m excited to see the new additions in the coming months and look forward to returning many times over. Thank you!

i took a Love Your Lymph class and then was able to spend time in the sauna, hot tub, and cold soaking pools. i cannot recommend this place enough. it is not commercial at all. no botox shots given behind curtains here. it’s clean. so so clean. it’s well organized and well maintained. and no surprise to anyone, it’s owned by and ran by women. my first visit was pure bliss and it will not be my last visit.

So relaxing! A lovely way to reset in a natural environment. 3 different temp, saunas and cold plunges! My nervous system is thanking me. Wonderful staff and vibe.
