Updating my previous review . Still A hidden gem in Vancouver. Affordable, Private access to your own personal retreat. Now featruing a private bathroom with temperature control shower amenties and a jet tub. I love the addtion of the tradtional cedar sauna and unique sound bed. Best cold plunge I've experienced in a wellness center. The infrared sound therapy sauna helps me rebalance from the seasonal changes.

First visit was great! Booked for 90 minutes and the time flew by. Started with the Recovery routine which includes the Opus SoundBed. Almost skipped this step thinking it would not be of much use but glad I didn't -- very relaxing and unique experience! Was a little too aggressive with cold tub setting. Will move it up 5 degrees next time. I did a treadmill cardio workout in the morning before my afternoon session and noticed the morning after I was not as stiff and tired as usual. So I will be back!

I recently visited the Automated Wellness Spa for a solo session and what a treat! It was clean, modern, and such a unique experience. I tried the sound bed for the first time ever and it was absolutely incredible there are no words to describe it! I really enjoyed the sauna with the added chromeotherapy lights and the massage chair was much more pleasant than I thought it would be. I was enjoying my time so much that I messaged Keith to extend 30 minutes and he gladly obliged. I will definitely be back and highly recommend AWC!

Really cute space and such a good idea! I booked a 2 hour slot for my hubby and I after seeing someone post about AWC on Instagram. My husband has fibromyalgia so I thought this would be such a great way for him to decompress after a rough work week without being surrounded by people. His favorite was the massage chair and mine was the jacuzzi tub and infrared sauna. It’s a little odd getting used to knowing it’s on someone’s home property, but it all felt extremely private and very clean! We’ll likely be back soon!

Automated wellness had two different saunas. One traditional (steam) and an infrared sauna which was heavenly to sit in before an ice cold plunge! But my favorite part was the sound bed and hot tub! Staff was invisible but the professional and relaxing touches were everywhere! There were also signs for help and guidance throughout!

This place is amazing! It's super clean. All the equipment is perfect for spending some serious time on body and mind wellness. Thanks for your great service and facility.

Did a 2 hour spa treatment for a bday of 4, we enjoyed pur time and felt very relaxed upon leaving.
