Vida Salt Room

I love going to the vida salt room. This was my third time. It is so calming and you almost feel like you're at the beach. The tea was so good! They had changed things up in the room since I was last there. The little table with the decor and pillows was cute.

Just got my second massage from Monica at Vida and it was just as great as the first. A salt room visit is included with their spa services, and I couldn’t leave without one of their locally made candles! This place is a gem!

Great spa for healing and relaxing. Plus they have a great assortment of organic teas, and handmade gifts in their storefront.

Excellent health experience! My daughter and I went with hope of being relieved of allergy symptoms and sinus pain. Once inside, there were loungers for at least 8 people. All walls and floor were covered with Himalayan Salt. During the 45 minute experience the meditation and music advanced us into a full relaxant state. We left knowing the Vida Salt Room made a big difference for both of us. As a plus, herbal teas were ready to be made and unique gifts were available to purchase.
