Relax Lab

My first massage (yes, really) which was a gift from my daughter (from Christmas LAST year). The appointment was super easy to make online, and was pleasantly surprised on how easy and laid back the whole process was! Greeted warmly at the desk, and everything that would happened was explained clearly. Johna was phenomenal, and I was so relaxed by the time I left. Highly recommend, I will certainly be back!

This was such an amazing experience I had here! All of the staff were knowledgeable and so sweet and accommodating. The float tub took away all the stress feeling in my body that builds up from work and life. I just felt completely at ease! I’ve already book another appointment for next month to try a facial with them. Great establishment!

Updated Review: I’m updating my original review after the owner personally reached out to address my concerns. That alone is rare, and I genuinely appreciated the effort. They listened, took responsibility, and made a real attempt to make things right not just with words, but with action to right the wrong. Because of that, I’m giving this business another chance. While my initial experience was disappointing, the follow-up showed that they care about their customers and their reputation, and that matters. A+ for hospitality!! Good business.

I had an amazing first experience at Relax Lab. Highly recommended Alex, massage therapist. He did a phenomenal job working out the tension in my upper back and responded to my needs intuitively. Pairing the massage with a float was the cherry on top. Took me to a ten!

I had the best time at Relax Lab! From the minute I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. Laura was so inviting and did a wonderful job for my birth prep massage. She made me feel so comfortable that I almost fell asleep during my massage several times! I can’t wait to go back!!

We came out to Lake Palestine for our 26th wedding anniversary. We decided to gift each other a different approach to relaxation. We got the relax package and it was timed to perfection. We got a 30 minute NormaTec treatment of compression on our legs right before the couples massage. Then we did a 30 minute NuCalm and Amp. This was such a surprise! Noise cancelling headphones with curated music and a cloth blackout eye mask. 10 minutes in, my neck and shoulders released. It’s the first time in a long time that I have been that "uncoiled". There was a salve that was placed on the carotid artery that seemed to be a catalyst to this deep relaxation. We wrapped up with a float that was so brilliant, I can’t do it justice. The services, the incredibly zen environment, the attention to details, unhurried - sit in the chill space with comfy chairs with throws, coloring books and chess, and books - everything felt focused on the individual and their comfort. And the staff is absolutely wonderful. Kind, helpful and professional. I cannot recommend enough. We said upon leaving that we would drive the 8 hour round trip again just to visit RL again.

Everyone needs to float. At first I thought 1 hour was too long but it turns out, it wasn’t long enough! Besides the relaxing nature of the float, my hair and skin are so grateful for the spa experience!
