I started my journey with Face Reality through Kenna, and she was wonderful. I don’t have the worst acne in the world by any means, but still enough to make me uncomfortable. Kenna walked me through everything step by step. She made sure she understood my skin type before getting me started on different products, made sure I knew the purpose/benefit from each product, and sent me a lovely chart to use for the upcoming weeks of treatment!

I truly cannot rave enough about how much I love Soul and its team. Kenna and her staff members always make us feel right at home And go far beyond to give the best service available. I am on my second Exion lip treatment, and feel like I have a whole new set of lips. It’s easy, Painless and makes you feel like you just got Botox, but without the pain and needles. Kenna takes the time to make a plan for what is best for you and your skin. 1000/10 recommend.

I decided to try Pilates for the first time this year, and to say it was an amazing experience is an understatement! The instructor was amazing and Kenna is so helpful. I also decided to get my first facial with Tovi, and the experience was also so amazing. I can’t wait to continue trying new things, as well as continuing my Pilates journey with Soul! I can’t recommend Soul enough!

I tried Pilates for the first time this year and absolutely love it. It’s a very non judgmental atmosphere and the studio has such a calming vibe. The classes can be challenging (in a good way) but Kya is supportive and does a great job providing modifications. I highly recommend trying Pilates at Soul Wellness and Beauty if you haven’t before!
