Super educational and this place is just an extraordinarily rare gem in Topeka. Top level cleanliness and organization that goes above and beyond with essential oil cold towels and easy online booking.

I wanted to try red light therapy. It's ok but is inside a sauna which is just too dry for me. The one price for 10 days seems like a good deal to try it out though to see if it is for you.

The owner, Tracy, is a true Karen. Very unprofessional. She is a liar. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business here. Horrible person! Very rude. Bad for Business! I just had my first experience with the infrared sauna and cold plunge at Luxe Wellness Studio—and it was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, the space felt peaceful, clean, and luxurious. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process and making sure we were comfortable the whole time. The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the cold plunge was invigorating—in the best way possible! I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Luxe to anyone wanting to invest in their wellness!

Such a relaxing and relieving experience! Definitely recommend trying the contrast therapy, that includes a red light machine which I loved!!

Recommend 100%! Have known that cold plunging is good for the body and brain, and finally made the "plunge" taking advantage of the introductory offer for the contrast therapy! The facility is beautiful, clean and calming. The equipment is first rate. All the staff we met Josh, Brittany, and Abigail, were superb, so helpful and attentive, always having everything ready for us! Thank you for such a great experience!

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Wellness Studio! I did the contrast therapy. It’s sauna and cold plunge therapy. I’ve been interested in cold plunge therapy for awhile and thought why not give it a try. I highly recommend trying it out. If you’re not sure take a tour. The staff will tell you all about the details and set your mind at ease. Today, Josh did a great job of explaining how to use the equipment. Thank you Luxe!!
