Tacoma Banya

I'm a non-Slavic woman. In the couple hours my friend and I spent here, we were the only guests with either of those identities. By 8pm, it was us and about 30 guys. Nobody was rude to us, but nor were they friendly. We loved being unhurried dipping in and out of the sauna. The steam room was a bit much and hot tub was closed. The gender imbalance was fine in the sauna but might have been weird in the relatively small hot tub. Overall we had a great time, a very relaxing and laid back evening chatting and feeling good. But if you are a woman, do be prepared to be a minority.

"Tacoma Banya" is a wonderful place to relax and celebrate your special occasion. Their VIP lounge will make your occasion unforgettable.

This place is so relaxing , great way to unwind and decompress after a long week. This place is fully renovated , the interior looks exquisite. The sauna , steam room, hot tub , cold plunge, outdoor patio , restaurant and lobby area are all top tier. You have to try the lamb/pork skewers . The main Lady "Marina" is an extremely Hard working, amazing Host. She has great customer service and does a great job at taking care of the everything and everyone .

I visited Tacoma Banya and went into the pool. While swimming, something sharp cut my foot. This is very dangerous and unacceptable, as the pool should be safe for guests. Management needs to pay more attention to maintenance and safety. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Hot tub and cold plunge were not available. No instructions given to first-time visitors. There was just one employee for reception and waiting tables with service below average.

It is an okay place. Unfortunately, it is dirty and not well maintained. During my visit half the equipment was broken. Cold plunge pool - closed Hot tub closed Steam room stuck on high - so Noone could use it at it burned to breath. They don't provide towels, I was lucky to find an extra towel someone forgot. I think they also sell them. Playing Pool and sauna are your only options. The appetizers were good. The entrees were mediocre. The prices of entrees were really high for what they were.
