I love this place ! I been coming to Zen spa for years !! And the ladies that work here are all so nice and friendly. The best massages hands down ever . They massage my face , feet , head the whole body and areas of pain . I can’t wait to come back .

ZenSpa in Sunrise is a hidden gem! The environment is serene, clean, and inviting—everything you’d want in a spa experience. The staff is warm and professional, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I had a massage with Rose, and it was excellent. She was attentive and skilled, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. You can tell the team here truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend ZenSpa if you’re in the area and looking to treat yourself to a quality spa day!

The massage and facial themselves were okay, but the tipping experience completely ruined the visit. I came with a set amount of cash because the service was a birthday gift from my boyfriend. After I left a $30 tip, the woman at the front desk actually ran back to the room to check how much I left, then returned to ask me to add another $10. It felt more like a requirement than a tip given freely, and it was extremely distasteful. She also claimed the manager had given me a "birthday special," even though they didn’t know it was my birthday until after they had already offered the add-on service. Nothing about it felt genuine. On top of that, the front door was locked while I was inside, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Everything felt forced, pressured, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

What an absolutely wonderful experience, went with my husband and we both walked out of there rejuvenated. Tina and Rose were simply incredible. I highly recommend this gem!

Did a couples message and it was well worth it! We were asked before hand if we had any trouble areas we wanted them to focus on, and they did an excellent job targeting what we requested with the amount of pressure that was comfortable for us. I am 6ft +200lb guy that works out on a regular basis and Tina did a great job progressively working my muscles until she got to the root of my tightness, with minimal discomfort. The prices were reasonable & the service was excellent. I would definitely come back for my next massage.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Massage I’ve Ever Had! I had the most amazing experience today with Tina! As a health care worker, my body is constantly under stress especially my feet and she worked absolute magic. The pressure was perfect, she worked out all my knots, and I left feeling completely renewed. I also got a facial, and the entire 90 minutes felt like pure bliss. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Tina truly has a gift, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Massage was dry, not enough moisture (oil, lotion, etc.) while rubbing, so too much friction...that's not relaxing. Rubbed me from on top of the sheet for half of the massage. That’s like me rubbing up & down my arms and legs with pants and long sleeve shirt on. She Coughed several times then put her hands in my face around my nose/eyes; I don't understand why bc I'm only aware of temple/scalp rub during full body massage, not the nose. I was forced to give a 25% tip when I only wanted to give 20% since it wasn't a satisfying experience. She didn’t mention the extra credit card fees. I honestly feel a bit scammed.
